Amazon Prime Now for Android
Amazon really??? This app is awful it does not work on my brand new LG V30 or my new Google Pixel XL 2 ...come on
Some of the things is in the usa? Why?? I need to get the thing from Amazon.
Perpetual Loading Time when scrolling to bottom of listing
It's not loading the products as I'm scrolling.
Love this app love Amazon prime now has made my life a lot easier I work a lot and don't always have time to go to the store it's nice to be able to just have things bought to you Edit::: since last update app dose not load good pleas fix
Everything was ok until a last upgrade where the app stops working after the first use. Have to clear the data of the app in order to get it working. It is highly annoying.
Since last update the app is terrible, constantly have to refresh to get items to come up and freezing a lot more
Automatic 2-point rating for any app that goes by one name ("Amazon Prime Now") in Google Play and another name ("Prime Now") on my phone. Why would you intentionally make it difficult for me to find your app alphabetically in the app drawer?
Preloaded on my phone, and I can't delete it. If the service was offered in my area maybe I'd use it.
Don't waste your time. Advertise 1 hour delivery... 4 hour still nothing. Forget about it. Go to the competition.
Forces people to download the app to shop online and then forces you to take a survey to submit reviews. Is Amazon so incapable that they cannot design a useable mobile version of their website? Heavy handed top down treatment of customers turns me off. Also process are so expensive compared to taobao
Every single time I have ordered from this app I get the WRONG thing. I've given it 4 chances and tonight was the last straw. I ordered 5 different items today and recieved 3 bags of coffee?? Not at all related to what I ordered. I love Amazon so I really wanted this to work. Severely disappointed.
Don't know what other people are experiencing but I'm uk based & used this several times including at Christmas last year & always it's always been amazing. I am housebound and have used it with no problems if I've needed something urgently. The £2 tip for the driver you can easily remove it, doesn't force you to pay it. Great app, excellent service. If local shops did this they'd make a killing! They've added £3 delivery for baskets under £40 which is not great - I already pay for delivery with having prime & have to spend £25 minimum, so think that is a bit cheeky for prime customers tbh, however on the other hand find another UK supplier that will deliver food especially in 2 hours at all (I mean cupboard groceries not take away).
I'm home bound post-surgery and they cancelled my order with no explanation nor apology after nearly an hour. I could have made other arrangements if they had let me know in a timely fashion
I once loved Prime Now, but the app is so glitchy. I try to add some items, and the images never load, which means i can't add it to my cart. If the app isn't allowing me to add the items i need, then it's pointless.
Ordered Prime Now early afternoon for a delivery that was supposed to arrive in the evening between 6pm and 8pm. I didn't go to the market thinking that Amazon would be on time. WRONG. At 7:15pm I get a message that the order is undeliverable with no explanation. I call customer support and they said they don't know either and I'd have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. HORRIBLE. Are they just borrowing money from consumers now???
So you're now charging £3 for delivery on baskets under £40 & adding the 'optional' tip on top while still advertising it as "Free"? You'd think for a company paying bare minimum in taxes through loopholes you'd already make enough profit as it is without screwing over your drivers too, since myself & I'll bet a fair few others now won't be tipping on top of the new delivery charges. I only use Prime for the Now service, but I don't think I'll be bothering to renew after this month
Lousy experience. Driver skipped area, made no attempt to actually deliver and the product I ordered went out of stock and could not be re-ordered Awful, awful service.
Used to have free 2hr deliveries for minimum 20$ purchase. Now it is increased to 40$ for whole foods and 50$ for sprouts. If any lesser, pay 6$ for delivery. Also it seems 2hr delivery is stopped in my location. Planning not to renew prime membership as it was one of my major reason for membership.
Restaurant delivery not-subtlely went from free to $10, then $20, then $30, to now a whopping $40 minimum. $40 of pizza or get charged as much as a pizza for delivery? No thanks, switched back to Eat24. Was fun while it lasted.
Is neither "prime" nor "now". Appearently Amazon things "now" means sometime in the next two days. Don't rely on them for I hour delivery.
Shipping is super fast and i really enjoy it. I just wish they had more items for sell, but the stuff on there is fine for now.
Upgraded Android 8 Oreo this morning and now can't change postcode. Allows only USA can't change country. Updated to latest version fixed the zip code issue.
Not many electronic products available. Much less than amazon US or UK. Certain product price is also not cheaper. I probably prefer Lazada app
I really enjoyed this application until just very recently when Safeway changed its minimum order from$25 to $35. It was useful for me before because I would use it for Kwik Fill items that I didn't want to run off to the supermarket for but at $35 I only live four minutes drive away from the supermarket could very well fill it myself. In addition to the change of the minimum order to get the 2-hour free shipping changing from 25 to $35 they also significantly reduced the selection. I live in San Francisco you're telling me that you can no longer provide anything more than one brand of house brand toilet paper? Most of the items on my previous shopped list are no longer available. It makes me wonder if vendors have started bailing out on Amazon and Amazon no longer has selection it had just a week or two ago? Well it's all too bad because I really enjoyed using the application before but with the change and minimums and the ridiculously reduced selection, I'll just pick up my things on the way home. Too bad hope they get their act together they had something really good before they made the recent change in service hyphen and again I live in San Francisco major metropolitan area there's no excuse for limited selection in a service area like San Francisco. So in short minimum order from 25 to $35 now and virtually little-to-no selection of popular brands now guess I'm going back to either using one of the other online shopping apps or simply just picking it up at the local store Typing by voice sorry for any typos or grammatical errors
The app is slow to load pages and often unresponsive. It will sometimes take you back to the homepage while in the checkout process. Some pages don't load at all, showing only a blank area.
LOVE IT AS A MOM OF MULTIPLE SETS OF TWINS PRIME NOW MAKES MY LIKE SO MUCH EASIER....HAVE BEEN HAVING A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE SEARCH LISTS LOADING COMPLETELY BUT I STILL LOVE THIS APP N THE SERVICE
I love Amazon as a whole. I'm a proud prime member
Half of the time menus aren't available even though they're during delivery hours
App is broken. Can't select country.
I'm a Amazon fan. The service is excellent. Love it!!!!
My husband and I just tried it. We love it!
Sometimes won't load on my android phone.
They only deliver in large cities. The service is not offered in Wisconsin.
5 quid delivery you are having a bubble
I loved this app, but now they changed the minimum on free deliveries to 35 dollars??? Really???
They don't deliver in south Carolina?? Oh wow
Definitely does not deliver within two hours. Half the time it tries to schedule a delivery for the next day.
This APP Offers THE CUTTING EGDE OF UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES OF OPPORTUNITIES.

Updated Oct 17... No idea why but now just stuck searching.... The loading icon is quite frustrating Old version review... Used 3 times and each time worked really well. Impressed. Each delivery has arrived under 90 mins
