Amazon Shopping for Android
Loved this app on the iPhone. The only issue is when I go to buy an item. I cannot change the shipping info to ship it to a different address. It just gives me the original address. Please address this because I'm not sure how to make purchases anymore when I want to ship the items to a different address. The iPhone version let me select different addresses to ship to. When I go to edit order it only allows me to change payment info. Not different shipping addresses. Please fix. Or help if there is a fix. I like this app otherwise though. Have never run into any problems with the app itself.
Was great now just freezes when selecting size/options. How can a multinational let cr@p like this get into the play store without testing such a basic feature? Your Dev team clearly all went on holiday at the same time.....
As the other reviews have stated, I am having the same problem. When selecting size it gets stuck & just keeps turning! It's been like this for days! I am unable to buy anything! It is the app I use the most & so convenient! But a huge let down and disappointment at the moment! Please sort this out!
Love Amazon and loved this app...until today. Suddenly, cannot sort by category or star rating. I just get the lil circle of death and the app freezes. Also, it will say xx,xxx many products match but then only show me the featured ones. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP. AMAZON JUST LOST TWO SALES TODAY FROM ME: one to Wal-Mart and one to Ebay.
Great app Amazon and have been using it for a long time now but this latest update on 19th July has a bug in it. It will not let me choose size or colour on clothing items. Just get the swirly icon. Tried reloading, restarting, cleared memory but still does not work. Come on Amazon fix this issue quickly.
I really cant stand that it wont take the money from account until they process the order.THAT can be a problem. Also I am prime and when I first look at items it will say arrives tomorrow. But by the time i complete checkout... It has RARELY been the 2 days im garenteed. Changes to 3 or 4 days,and is never later than that anyway. I am happy with everything else related to my purchases. Amazon has gone above and beyond to keep things great.
Amazon is such a horrible business. I canceled "prime" because the "free two day shipping" usually actually takes three days to get to me. So now, Amazon punishes me by making me wait for over a week to ship my order. It's funny that their "free two day shipping" has nothing to do with the method of delivery, usps priority. It only affects Amazon's willingness to ship items immediately, or make you wait.
1.You need to add the Amazon seller account to this app, 2. also a option to give feedback to the sellers 3. also if u add to the code, when u complain about the product you can not add a, (attachment/s) 4. also there is no minimum to maximum price for product Search like there is on the Amazon website, 5. also when u review a product and select the add photo option, it don't allow u to take a photo in the option u have to open your camera separately then save the photo - update code, then I will give you 4 or 5 ⭐❕
AMAZON PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A BUG!!!!!!!!!!!This used to be the best app on my phone but now browsing is about all i can do now. I hate it it's a waste of time . It doesn't work. I can't access options anymore since latest update 19th July. Options to change sizes & colours etc in clothing or any where else on the system no longer works . Permanent yellow wheel just going round & round . As other reviewers have found.The app is useless to me now . I tried to explain to help desk but they didn't seem to understand. I gave up. I won't be using Amazon to shop I'll just do it direct. Amazon's loss!
Been using amazon app for as long as i can remember, never had a problem with it until this week. I canot see other options for the items (different colours, sizes ect) i just get the swirly waiting symbol. Doesnt go away. Ive updated the app, restarted the app, re-installed the app & nothing has worked. Getting really frustraited with it.
I would give 5 stars if you weren't forced to need a credit card even when you are just using a gift card. It's a unnecessary hassle. Which prevents me from doing anything. Not good business.
I've been using this for some time now and it's great, however there is one newer feature I hate. The 'purchase with one click' button. I keep accidentally buying things!! Most of the time I realise and cancel, but it's annoying to have to do so...
Great app, use it very often. I can change my details, change payment methods leave notes for delivery, all sorts. Good service. Only issue I have is the delivery tracking is way off on all my recent purchases for the last few months. Things I've had delivered ages ago still show up as dispatched or "to be delivered by" when I've been enjoying the product for weeks or months. Tracking is no longer trustworthy. Was fine previously, maybe something went wrong in a recent update?
I find myself shopping and Amazon more and more as time goes on and with this very easy to maneuver application it just seems to make everything that much easier. When Amazon brings groceries to my area that will probably be the point that I exclusively shop at Amazon. Can't wait to see that Amazon blimp above my house floating at 45000 ft! ;-)
I used to use this app all the time. Now that I can't sort and filter things on my list like before with the price drop or low to high prices, no point in spending my time on the app buying from my lists.
I love using this app, makes buying things so much easier on the go. However.....just like everyone else has already said about the recent update.....I can no longer look at different options for products, be it colours or sizes or whatever. All I get is the loading icon again and again and again. This is making it quite frustrating
App was reasonably decent. However, in the last update where you "fixed bugs." You've somehow made accessing sizing and colour options impossible for me. Not much use if I can't pick what I want to buy, is it?
I cant believe you brought back the sort by lowest price feature only to take it away again. Give your customers what they want or you will lose them!
App has become useless. Since new update. If you need to select size, colour, style etc, it won't let you. You're just faced with the constant yellow circle going round and round. So basically useless if you need a different size, colour, style etc apart from the one that is currently displayed. I've emailed support. Told me to Un-install and re-install. Made no difference. I literally buy 90% of my good from amazon. Usually spot on. This issue need addressing. Or you will lose loyal customers
Can't use it at night because it has no Night Mode! Too bright even at lowest brightness. Extremely SPAMMY app! My notification bar always has something they want me to buy. It's very annoying! The web version is so much better! If you are able to find the item you are looking for using the app's terrible search feature, the alternative related items list only shows 3 similar items. I keep using different search terms to refine my search and unrelated items keep coming up. The app is pretty much useless! Save yourself the hassle and use the desktop version.
One of the Top, if not The Top name for shopping online. The app is well designed and thorough. I have used amazon for years, personally I think they have really improved alot as far as policies and precautions to ensure sellers and products are legitimate. I speak from personal experiences and of several people and family members I know, like my parents, that order most of their online purchases from Amazon. So grateful to be living in a time where you can buy legit products even if you live in the middle of nowhere! :) 5 thumbs up from me and 5 stars
This latest update needs sorting asap as u can't select size and colour so unable to use amazon. Frustrating as I use it for everything. Please sort it asap
While I love Amazon and most everything it sells, I do not like the organization of the app. I feel that when people are getting on Amazon, they are looking for something specific, or specific types of items. Usually this is no problem, but the clothing section is very poorly organized. You can select male,female, kids, but after that you can only pick brands or "trends". I don't want to be talked into sales, I just want to look for jackets!
The app for the most part has been excellent, but the latest update has rendered it unusable due to the individual product options no longer loading. The app is currently unusable for this prime member. Hoping an update will be available ASAP.
It would not allow me to access my account. I had to reset the password over and over again. It was very frustrating. I was trying to buy a wedding gift for my nephew. I am sick and tired of trying.
New update will not allow me to view or select product type. Stuck on yellow spinning wheel fuming! Wanted to order something for tomorrow no chance! Please fix
Fix your app its useless. If anything has a selection for differwnt size when you select it you just get a spinng yellow cirlclw. Its broken. Better just using your browser
Getting more and more sluggish. For example, it now totally fails to display the larger version of product images. You just get the spinning wait icon. Pretty rubbish for an app that relies on images of products.
Loved the app till recent updates when it stopped loading menus under items. Very frustrating so have reverted back to using the website instead . Please fix!

Its simple to use but some people nay have difficulty using it for example loads of people stated about the bugs on it so far nothing yet so i like it. If only it could be a little bit faster and easier i would give it a five star
Can't believe Amazon can release their Flagship App with such a fundamental bug in it. As many other reviews mention, I also have the same problem with App hanging on selecting sizes. Says a lot about Quality Control at Amazon.
App shows only preview images but doesn't load images when click on for detailed view. Even after paying for prime now it keeps bothering for fresh, a new membership
Not great, considering that it's the main way to order on line. You would think the developers could do a better job really. I lost my bank card so added my new one, now when I order it goes on to my old card (which I can't delete from account) so whenever I ordered something I get a email a couple of days later saying that my payment has been declined and that payment revision is needed. Highly annoying come birthdays and stuff. Also can't change colors or sizes. It's a pretty poor app to be honest. You would think with all the tax they avoid they would have the time and money to sort it.
I usually dont write reviews about apps. Actually i dont write reviews at all. But i just have this desire to tell everyone about my amazon costumer support experience. This was different from paypall and ebay. They were the ones that called me first. That was awesome because it seems so hard to contact companies these days. So they called me and im on hold for 10 seconds. Like dont even get me started on paypals costumer support.anways im on hold for 10 seconds and the guy is genuinely nice. He explained how im a valued member and how not to worry about one thing... the reason i was calling was because i accidently bought 200$ shoes. So this made me stress all day because the 3rd party seller wasnt answering. So i just had spent 200$ and keep in mine thats like my whole paycheck.. so he explains that im good and not to worry. And that just was awesome. It was more than that but ive typed enough..jajaja.. amazon Thank you and you are so, so, so much better than ebay/paypal.
Hi, excellent app, I had a problem with selecting size /colour after the latest update, but uninstalling the app, restarting my phone (Xperia Z3), then reinstalling the app has corrected the problem... Now I'm back to my bank account problem as I keep buying too much! :-)
As a regular user of Amazon I am becoming very frustrated at the moment as when it comes to choosing a different size or colour I am unable to like other users as the app is freezing and a continuous yellow circle continues not allowing me to purchase some items that I might need
As a prime member I used to get deliveries before midday at no extra cost, now there is a charge, some months it makes prime more expensive than paying delivery charges

I am having the same issue as the user who commented before me... The App has a bug. When selecting a option colour size etc etc the App gets stuck on the loading page where you proceed to wait forever looking at a yellow wheel. I have given feedback privately and was told to uninstall and re-install. Still did not help the app does not work..
