Amazing Pictures Mobile

We paid 79.99 plus tax @ U. Studio in order to download pictures we took from 6pm yesterday to today 6pm. But all the pictures we took today so far are undownloadedable. And different post in U.Studio said it only could be fixed if we went back to the old box we visited last night. ABSOLUTELY Terriable! We have to choice to either waste a couple of hours in the park or all our photos taken today.

I have had my Universal Orlando yearly picture account for 4 years now. It works great on my home computer to download my pictures. But the App for my phone is awful!! The app stops running and I can't download my pictures to my phone. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES!!! This is now 4 days of issues. I have even uninstalled the app and installed it again to see if that works.

This app does not work. Everyone has the same problem, it doesn't seem to have a fix. Received a voicemail that they can see the picture fine on there side. That is useless to me on my side if I cannot access the picture.

I have had this app for 6 months. Bought the year picture option. Now every time I try and download a picture to my album it comes out BLACK WITH AN ! In the middle. So mad and a waste of $200.00... Thanks for screwing me again Universal Studios

Anyone wishing to download this app read the feedbacks, if you ignore then go ahead and feel free to waste your time. With there was a way to cut the stars into fractions

Thought it would have been faster via app. Wrong !!! Website no better.. paid for non existing pictures

Crappy application because despite two different emails it won't register. Lame, don't bother install because i never got my pictures.

Error, try back later code every time. Good stuff.

App is not working. Was able to see my pics for 5mins now they are inaccessible. The GoPro video they sold me is non existing on the memory card And no one to speak with customer service wise!

First off, when you want to compete with Disney on an idea, you better bring it! We traveled to Universal from 4 days at Disney Parks using the Disney MemoryMaker. By the time we left we had about 300 pics from that experience. There were photographers every 50 feet almost.. At Universal, not so much... We saw 3 locations of photographers and only got 16 pictures our first day. Ridiculous. $150 @ Disney for 300 pics and $100 @ Universal for 16.. On top of that the app for Universal sucks and won't scan!

Kept saying verify credentials... Even when I was able to log in from the computer. Uninstalled

Work fine on my phone best idea ever, also i have all the pict saved in my phone i dont have to open de app to see all the pict. =)

I love being able to open the app up at anytime to view my previous vacations pictures. It has worked perfectly on my Samsung S5 since installing the app nearly 12 months ago. I'm confused at the waste of money comment above, as the app is free!

Doesn't work on Note 3, Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S7 edge

Everytime I try and open it on my S5 o get an error that it stopped working...Works great on my husband's iPhone so I have to save the pics to his phone then send them to myself...Sucks!!!

I used to love this app to be able to view my photos shortly after they were taken. Now it won't even connect to the server. I also have an annual photo pass at Universal Orlando. This is my second year with the photo pass but can no longer access my photos using the app. Company says it is because I have over 500 photos. I didn't realize that the number of photos affects the ability to connect to the server.

Doesn't work on S5. Vacation is ruined.

I loved the app when I first got it. I have an annual passholder photo pass for universal and loved being able to immediately download my pics to my phone. In the last month I've removed and redownloaded at least 4 times and can never connect to the server. What happened to the app?

The app did not load any choices of entertainment, venues or amusement parks

The worst app. Ever !!dont waste your money.I cant see any pictures on my account I have tried for 3 weeks no luck !!! I can only view my pictures on my computer. Does not work on my tablet either...I unstalled the application that did nothing .
