عيد الهالوين Halloween من الأعياد التي تَشتهر بها الدول الغربيَّة مثل أمريكا وبريطانيا وكندا وإيرلندا حيث يتم الإحتفال بجميع القديسين وهو ما يرمز له مسمى هالوين وهي من عبارة All Hallows’ Eve وتعني ليلة جميع القديسين وبالتالي فهي تُعتبر بأنَّها عيد للقديسين. لهذا العيد طقوس خاصة ويتم الاحتفال به ليومٍ واحد فقط وهو 31 من شهر تشرين الأول من كل عام حيث تُعطل المدارس و الدوائر الحكوميَّة وغيرها.

يُعتبر عيد الهالوين عيد الاحتفال بحلول فصل الخريف، ويُرى أنَّ جذوره تعود إلى إيرلندا حيث كانوا يحتفلون بهذا اليوم لطرد الأرواح الشريرة إذا كانوا يعتقدون أنَّ إله الموت المدعو سامان يُطلق أرواح الموتى الأشرار والذي حَكم عليهم بالعيش في أجساد الحيونات في هذا اليوم بالذات، لذلك كان الناس في إيرلندا يلبسون الأقنعة ويُمسكون بالمشاعل وبعض المراسيم الأخرى بهدف طرد هذه الأرواح الشريرة.

هو عيد القديسين الذي يحتفل به في عدة بلدانٍ غربيّة مثل الولايات المتحدة الأميركيّة وبريطانيا وكندا وإيرلندا في ال 31 من تشرين الأول من كل عام . وطريقة الإحتفال به عن طريق إرتداء الملابس الغريبة والأقنعة المخيفة ، واستخدام الخدع ، وسرد القصص والخرافات عن الأشباح ومسيرهم أثناء الليل ، وتعرض على شاشات التلفزة والسينما أفلام الرّعب المخيفة .
حكم الاحتفال بمناسبة الهالوين


تحتفل بعض الدول النصرانية هذه الأيام بما يسمى الهالوين Halloween أو عيد الرعب كما ترجمه البعض و هو عيد وثني شركي أصله كان موجودا من قبل المسيح عليه السلام... والغريب أن من طقوسه ذهاب الأطفال إلى البيوت و طرق أبوابها للحصول على الحلوى!! فهل له علاقة بالقرقاعون أو القرقيعان المنتشر في بعض البلاد الإسلامية؟ ربما.
