About Awesome DIY Heavenly Backyard
Have you ever thought about how easy would it be to create the perfect backyard? Many of us let the designer do his job, without even realizing how much money we could save just by using our imagination. I believe that perfect is what you need plus what you love. So, get ready to create your dreamlike backyard. Here you have some simple ideas and sugestions on how to put them into practice.
Set up a backyard cinema.
Forget about pool parties and patio barbecues, it’s time for something new. It’s always fun to watch movies with friends and it’s even funnier to share opinions about them.
To have your own backyard cinema you will need a projector, an outdoor projector screen, a laptop, blankets, pillows, some good movies and, of course, popcorn.
Build a tree house for your kids.
If you had a tree house when you were a child, you definitely had a happy childhood. Your kids deserve to have their own secret haven, or a ‘’top secret place’’ where they could hide every time they do something wrong. It can be a little difficult to build, but it’s worth the effort. First of all you need time. Then you need a good plan
Make a giant Scrabble set.
Ask anyone about word games and the first game that will come into their mind will be Scrabble. You can play this game inside and get bored really fast, or you can play it in the backyard and make it seem much more interesting. You will need a 5 feet square playing surface(made of concrete), 5 different colored paints, 1 tape measure, chalk, permanent black marker and 100 squares measuring 3-1/4 inches each(that means almost 28 feet of medium-density fiberboard). Have fun!
Build a fire pit.
Where else could you gather your friends and family to enjoy the wonderful summer evenings?A fire pit is a must if you want to create a soothing or romantic atmosphere, and building it is easier than you can imagine(and cheaper).
Get a hammock.
A beautiful summer day, a glas of ice-cold lemonade, a great book and the entire afternoon just to read it…don’t you feel like something’s missing? A hammock would be your ticket to heaven. Cozy and also decorative, you can buy one or you can improvise. You only need 2 trees, a rope, a sheet and strong hooks. Add some pillows and get comfy!
