Creative DIY Footprint Art Tutorials

It’s not easy to get a nice handprint but you can create the best one. here we share you how to make this monster footprint art. enjoy it guys!

Before starting this project, you’ll need the following materials:
- Paint,
- Googly Eyes,
- Canvas,
- Puffy Paint



Getting Started
we used canvas for this craft. But you can use regular cardstock if you like.we had some metallic paints.

Step 1 – Paint Your Background

we painted two coats of purple paint and let dry for 15 minutes.

Step 2 – Create Your 1st Handprint Monster (Bottom Left)

Step 3 – Create Your Footprint Monster (Bottom Right)
Then we did newborn’s next. we used his footprint (since that would be the easiest for us). we dipped his foot into the paint, and gently pressed it on the canvas.


Step 4 – Create Your 2nd Handprint Monster (Top)
Last (but not least), we painted 1 year olds palm and fingers (except thumb) with a metallic blue and gently pressed his hand on the canvas.

Quick Tip: When doing multiple hand and footprints, we recommend letting each monster dry before making the next.
Step 5 – Finishing Touches

we added little faces to each of my monsters using puffy paint and googly eyes. we used a stencil for the “Little Monsters“, which we think works perfect for this “sweet” little monsters.
