Used to think this app was brilliant, but it now stops working after a few days of the phone being on and requires restarting.

although i was looking for something like what my ex-htc has, this is the closest that i could find. it addresses my needs without any UNNECESSARY permissions. however, it is a battery drainer. find a way around that and it's worth 5 stars to me.

Not working on Marshmallow

I use when driving and meetings. One improvement needed: App will toggle between silent and on only. If phone on vibrate and flipped it goes silent. As soon as you flip back over phone turns to on. I'd like it to remeber phone state just before flipped.

A simple app that does one thing well. My one complaint is that it dies not recognize the initial setting of the phone's ringer. For example, I have frequently HD the experience of going into a meeting, setting my phone to vibrate and putting it down. If I pick up the phone to check something, it goes back to a full ring rather than to vibrate. You can configure this app to go to silent or vibrate when face down but, when face up, it should return to the state (ring or vibrate) in which it began.

But now, thanks to this simple and lightweight app, my Android phone also has this feature. No headaches when asleep, no missed call when awake, easily silence when receiving an unimportant call in a meeting. No extra permission, no ads, very lightweight and simple. Does exactly what you need, no more, no less. Thank you very much.

My bb torch had option to go silent while charging and I loved it. I don't need Facebook updates in the middle of the night. I flip my phone facedown anyways before i go to bed. Absolutely perfect. Thank you for this.

Silences calls and also notifications on flip. Effective and ad-free. I particularly like being able to choose how long to silence after flip. Really helpful for that embarassing ringtone in board meetings.

HI, If my phone's screen already down, ring is not working. Please solve this issue. phone went to silent when we screen down if screen already down then ring have to work.

This app should ONLY activate/listen the gyroscope sensors when a call is received, to avoid wasting battery for nothing!!! After more than one month using it, it's the second most battery-spending feature in my phone, after the screen, as stated in my settings!!! Unacceptable! Uninstalling.

I used it ....its superb..no application has such features and functionality. ..it works wonder when I am sitting with my boss

Had this installed for five minutes and it used 2% of my battery >.

On my HTC Desire with CM7, it drains my battery. Without having it running, my battery is enough for 3 days, with it running, it's only one day. Yet this is a 5 star app. Thanks

Auto start does not work

Best flip silence app...don't download any other flip silence app...this is the best...
