Onestly rubbish.

Brings back no results. Just gets stuck searching.

It's basic and doesn't work, just buffers.

Does not work on my tablet running ICS. It insists on trying to acquire location when searching for NEAREST even though I have entered location, and SEARCH simply doesn't respond when pressed. **UPDATE REVIEW**: SEARCH only seems to work if postcode entered. It won't work for any towns/cities that I have entered. No good if travelling, don't know postcode and can't acquire location on GPS. Please modify to allow City/Town entry.

Needs A to Z search,zoom feature . otherwise is great for finding hidden gems.

Great for when you're travelling somewhere and want to find somewhere nearby with the type of food you're looking for!

I thought this app sounded really useful but unfortunately found that on searching it just sits there doing nothing and never displays restaurants.

Downloaded this app and wasted half an hour while it failed to complete any search at all. Wouldn't find my location or restaurant type. Avoid.

Rubbish takes too long to load anything up. Deleted it after.

Searched for 5 min without finding any pub. Useless and removed the app

Also, we wanted it to be able to label restaurants that we'd been to and our personal rating, rather than just favouriting.

Checked out some local restaurants but the recommendations weren't good and one has been shut for almost 2 years

Out of date interface and reviews that lack depth and substance. No idea when the review took place and far fewer reviews and venues rated than on TripAdvisor. Uninstalled.

I really like this app and have found a few interesting new restaurants by using it...my main complaint is that the Android app on my HTC only allows a search based on my current location. The Apple app allows to search for any location. Why can't this be available on the Android version??

Stopped showing pictures of restaurants and links to contacts do not work

Great for when you're travelling somewhere and want to find somewhere nearby with the type of food you're looking for. Would be handy if text could be zoomed in on or enlarged but otherwise it's awesome!

Images and text on my S4 are so small they are unreadable with no option to change only shows 1 Indian restaurant in my location when there are 5+ so must be biased.

This app looks like it was made for tablets only. Small text that cannot be resized. Search function terrible. You cannot choose a cuisine.

But missing Masala in Cobham, the best Indian this side of Southall!

Not good on a phone even with a big screen. why bother making such a useless app

None of the good quirky restaurants mentioned in the guide.

The list of restaurants shows with very very small text on my nexus 5. When you chose a restaurant the gallery images do nothing. The map usage needs improving too. Was hoping for much more because I like the book itself. Disappointed :(

Contains nothing but owner-penned "reviews", presumably restauranteurs have to pay to be listed on what is essentially a large advert. Ask yourself why there are no negative reviews?

As my title says; not bad app, but it needs more search filtering options. I'd like to define price range, view all results on a map etc. A tablet version would also be good one day. Not a bad app if you know roughly where you're going.

As a regular restaurant goer i would probably be dead without this app! I love it so much i think i should buy shares in such a great company. Mike from Hartlepool.

Downloaded to both Acer Iconia A500 and Google Nexus S, on ICS 4.0.3 & 4.0.4 respectively, in both cases I just get the 'please wait' roundel and eventually it simply exits. Shame

Good, useful info. I use it a lot ... but my download only allows a search of ' nearest' restaurants and nowhere outside GPS range ... can be annoying

Clean and intuitive, to get five stars it needs a budget indicator (coloured dots or something) and the ability to search by location and budget.

Best restauarant app I've seen. I've got other guides but this one has photo's of loads of great restaurants near me, and a picture really does paint a thousand words. Wouldn't know what I would do without it now.

Installed on a Samsung Galaxy SII doesn't work, uninstalled.

Fab. Use this if want a detailed description of good places to eat. Haven't come across a bad place yet. Gets 5 stars.

Best app on my phone by far. Loads of restaurants featured and the map function is very useful!
