Violin Tuner

I like tuning to another violin. You can even play multiple notes for your own entertainment!

This was the first time I had tuned my violin and when I went back to my music class the day after my music teacher was very surprised

Exactly what it was intended for. No special permissions, and has a realistic violin sound for each note.

Simple and handy; it would be nice if the notes played longer, or even until I stopped them.

There's much to like here. It's simple intention is to play the G, D, A and E open strings in a nice and realistic violin sounding tone. And that's what it does. For 5 seconds - enough to get the idea of the note. Really wish the author allowed you to adjust that interval, but you can't. However, even as is, this app is a keeper for me.

This should have 5 stars instead of 3 because this app is perfect for violinists. I highly recommend this app for people who dont have a good ear for tuning its great and me saying that with 2 years experience with violin

So much better than using the piano as a tuner! Easy and quick, no Ads, would like it the notes to play a bit longer though. And also add a metronome.

Plays rich violin sound long enough to tune your strings carefully, can play multiple strings simultaneously. Sounds like a violin. Very basic. Just plays the right notes, does not measure anything.

It was quite simple to use, and it was accurate, even though by itself it sounded wrong. It's definitely worth downloading.

I love how it plays the string with you. Its easy for you to match up with it. You can also easily tell if your instrument is too high or low.

The notes didn't hold for very long but still was a good tuner for doing it by ear.

It's great but it doesn't tell you if its in tune you see I need that cuz I'm brand new at the violin

I really like it but I have to wait for the notes to stop playing? Or exit the app.... I should be able to press the button again to make it stop playing. Fix it and then I'll give it a real rating.

With this app my violin doesn't just help me tune but it also teaches you what your strings are expected to sound like. This app is very useful and I highly recommend it!

It's a very good tuner. It can do double stops. The only thing that could make this better is if the notes played for a little bit longer. But otherwise a very good tuner. I would recommend to anyone

I like this app, but I would like an app with this type of tuning and a audible tuner that compares your playing to the note (for beginners who are slightly tone deaf)
