Installed it on my phone and my Galaxy Tab 3 and can't get it to run no matter what I do. Even been in touch with technical support without success. Who knows, maybe it might be good if I can just get it to work

Really ticks me off that you make it so we can't access it through our phone web browser... And then make us download a app that doesn't even work.
