Sample extension for OSSW android app

ExtensionId: com.althink.android.ossw.plugins.sample

Extension parameters:
- intParam - sample integer parameter (automatically increased after every half second)
- floatParam - sample floating point parameter (automatically increased after every half second)
- stringParam - sample string parameter (can be changed from extension settings screen
- modParam - sample int parameter that can be changed by invoking extension functions

Extension functions:
- increaseModParam - increase modParam
- decreaseModParam - decrease modParam
