Can't even open app keeps crashing.
App is so dated and horrible, can be improved in so many ways.
Since last update keeps crashing
Use this app alot works well my local sub store always has order ready on time
Couldn't create an account because my email is invalid apparently.
Old. Won't login. Couldn't change password. Won't let me create a card.
Password torture
Please fix your "internal error" can't order or see what vouchers I have, Useless. (I even tried reinstalling it)Dunno if even that barcodes gonna work when I go in order me something. Very poor commitment to this app and you expect us to buy your food???
Don't even bother, just go it and order at the counter. You'll save yourself so much more time
I love being able to turn up and already have my sub made. The only problem is the app doesn't have things like 'Sub Of The Day' and '$7 Lunch'
Internal error message, pictures don't even look properly compressed. For the size of the franchise and the age of the app I had higher expectations.
App doesn't update changes in balance.. So it's kinda senseless when I can't check when I'm not at home..
Tried linking my sub card. Only to be told the access number on the card is incorrect. Checked 5 times and gave up. Tried my password instead, same error. Tried resetting the password. Don't get an email. Fix your app.
It ceeps asking me at the end of my order to put in mycell num and password and it tells me it is incorrect so i even made another account and it still sed at the end of my order that it was incorrect fix this
Does not work. Frustrating! Wasted much time on this terrible app. This has the most negative comments of any app I have - scroll down to see what I mean.
Ordering worked perfectly in app. Until you go to the busy shop and they have no idea what order you are talking about.
It was ok till now . Un known server error on galaxy core prime still registered my point's as far as i know but if i cannot pre order anymore how is that an upfate and cannot get on my lunch break if not waiting for me on arrival.
Poorly written app. Can't review your order, no email to confirm order so if you accidentally navigate away from page you can't see information.
Did not work. Could not locate a restaurant. Deleted.
their use to be westport nz, the shop shut then re-opened an thay havnt re-listed

Wow. What a terrible app! Spent all that time ordering and it wouldn't accept my credit card even though I hadn't even put cc details in yet! Was a cc store too. Also, when trying to review it would only show the details of one of the orders. That was 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back!
Very clunky. In this day and age we expect at the very least an app that is easy to use.
Crashes if left open overnight. Needs an option for kJ instead of kCal.
No option for selecting the sub of the day.
It only works when you can truly pick up after ordering and paying online. I went 2 min earlier than pickup time and saw my order sitting on back counter. Waited for 4 people to pay at the cashier then squeezes in to say I am picking up my online order. Ignored for another 5 min. Then I decided to queue for the line. Another 2 min, the guy said you need to pick it up from cashier. Now my food sat for at least 10 minute and my toasted sandwich is now cold and soggy. Not a happy customer. I suggest you need a sign saying online pickup and with food closer to the cashier if that is the system you have.
For a huge and profitable multinational brand, it seems the Subway division is not putting in much effort when it comes to their mobile offering. Its a shame for their franchisees, as they are the ones who lose business because of this.
App continues to crash. Can't go past selecting my store. Reinstall doesn't fix it.
Fix it!!! App confirmed my order was successful, even gave me a confirmation number and the restaurant name. Arrived at the pick up time, and nothing. Was told they didn't get it, even the confirmation number was no help at all. Frustrating!
Terrible app design, looks and feels clunky as hell. Stop wasting money on rebranding your image every six months and put some dollars over here because not only does it look bad, it crashes every time... Get it together Jared!
Installed this app and can't pre order. Always get to the end of ordering and there's always an internal error. Over it!
Bad UX, doesn't have new sub flavors, unable to order. Suggest removing from the store if you don't plan updating it as it completely soured me on the brand after being drawn in by an email promotion.
I can't use the app at all because there is no toasted option? Like seriously seems like a pretty big option to miss out? Please fix ASAP
It doesn't let me activate my subcard. Everytime I try to submit my details it comes up with a stupid excuse like my name value is invalid or some access code is invalid. Please fix
Horrible app says im a member when I'm not and when I txt to reset my password (at my cost) never received a reply will be uninstalling
Ok App, little clunky and disappointing I can pay via credit card in app but not with reward dollars
Suddenly stopped working. I guess it's a good opportunity to uninstall it.
make it like the u.s. one. this one is designed for 2010 and looks ugly.
