I have got a subcard and I want to keep track of my points and I wanted to use the app for this but it is gone from being ok to down right useless and every time I try to sign in it gives me some bull s**t about my email or password being wrong when I have changed my password 7 or 8 times and it also says or my account has expired when it hasn't because it works on the website ok. To sum up this app is s**t and I would not recommend it
It's always worked fine for me until the last update but now it doesn't even give me the option to log it? Went to go subway today and I couldn't get any points because I don't have a physical card I only use this app and it won't even give me the option to log in!
This app is a complete nightmare. I have downloaded and re-downloaded this app about 6 times, reset my password 4 times and apparently my details are still incorrect. I know they are correct because when I log on via the website it let's me in!!! Pointless trying to promote all the promotions when the app doesn't even work!!!!
The app is useless. Subway seem to be completely disinterested in getting the problem with the app fixed as the password problem has been ongoing for month. A good demonstration of poor customer service and how to alienate yourself from what would be a loyal customer base. Poor app produced by a poor business on a downward spiral.
Was nervous about the recent update with others reporting problems, but it's been seamless for me. Haven't tried SubSquad yet, but existing points showed up fine and no need to log in again. One of the few loyalty 'cards' I use because there's no need to carry an actual card!
I totally agree with all the latest 1* reviews below as I have experienced the same despite changing my password approx. 8 times. Terrible App, very frustrating
Rubbish. I know 100% my password is correct. I even reset it 5 times. This stupid ridiculous app always tells me it's incorrect but I can log in the website with it. RUBBISH
Used to work now it doesn't, will not let me log in. Tells me my password wrong/account expired and I can log in online no problem. Been at this nearly 6months missed out on my points now quite a few times and card wont work once you get the app (Stupidest idea ever). Very annoyed especially because it still hasn't been fixed.
Broken app. Can't log in! It's telling me the password is incorrect when it isn't. Can still log into the website perfectly. I am boycotting Subway till they sort this out. Their loss. Sort the app out!
Excessive password. Why do you need such a secure password for a sandwich appmore secure than a bank. No 2 letters the same. And must include a special character like #
It used work but now it says my password and login don't match. I know it's wrong because they work on the website. Rubbish, please fix it
You decided to delete all my Loyalty points for not visiting you regularly enough for your liking. Disloyalty hint taken elsewhere.. Zero reason for you to remove anyone's points apart from obvious greed in not paying back to the customer their hard earned money invested in you. Thankfully Greggs Bakery shows value for customers in the UK and isn't fussy.
The app always asks me that password is incorrect, inspite me putting the right one or also changing it to a new password. If I login online via laptop, I am able to login.
As many others have stated the app is now broken. No longer shows my Subcard, unable earn or use points, no place to login or add my card, just a store finder and menu viewer.
Useless! Updated a few days ago. There is no longer any application for the subcard on it! All it does now is tell you where stores are. An utter disaster since the "upgrade". I've lost a ton of points since I use the phone app to collect them. It used to work perfectly fine. It's supposed to be more "secure" now...I'm sorry, but how secure does a loyalty card for a sandwich shop need to be?
Doesn't work at all since installed. Samsung J3. Message wrong password or account expired. No matter what I do cant login by app. On website works correctly.
It won't let me register a Subcard because it keeps saying my password is no longer valid and I will be redirected to change it, but I never get redirected anywhere. Useless.
Unable to login. Staff can't use my card number only app. Says password invalid even after reset, but is fine on web. Useless.
Useless. I have a subway card but won't let me sign in even though I've changed my password countless times.
Was great now it won't even give me the option to scan my QR code loyalty card. All my info has gone and I am now left with a useless store locator and menu.
Broken. Since the last update, the app is now a store finder and menu viewer, nothing else. No details of my subcard so cannot purchase and redeem points, and there isn't even anything about the subsquad feature at all. If they fix the clearly obvious bug in this app then I'll update my rating, but for the time being it's 1 star due to not testing their updates before applying them to the store.
Same as what others are saying, app won't let me login, can't use my points or add any on. Not good enough when the app is the only way the loyalty scheme can be used!
Can't even log in. Been having this problem for months now where it says my password has expired. There's no need for a SUBSQUAD update if you're not going to initially fix the the problem.
Well @ start i had no problems with it but now it wont let me in to my account. I have changed my pass word 20 times within the last hour and a half.
Love my subcard so much!!! never had a problem with the app. Only thing that is frustrating is you can only have 5000 points when you have reached that you loose anymore you earn
I've reset my password several times and it won't allow me access to the app. I can log on to the website fine... Won't be buying Subway till its resolved.
Used this all the time now I can't even log in tried emailing them saying theirs a problem even changed password. Still not working looks like I will need to hunt for my card

Please explain the new permissions required - phone call details? Why? And now I get The JSON error.
Like previous posts app was great until recent update. Now cannot access my account or use QR code. Not happy
Keep getting an error saying No JSON data. Makes the app completely useless. Not much point in making any purchases as can't use the points so until this is fixed no subway
Worst app on my phone, will not work, just get either a JSON error or a circle. Avoiding subway until it is fixed. If i was subway management i would be fuming with the developer over this, having read the other reviews.

Doesn't work at all. Load up the app and it's just a blank screen and says "No JSON data received" pathetic from a big company like subway.
Used to be a great app. Had just over 2000 points and was going to use them. App is coming up as no JSON data received. Log out cant log back in uninstalled and reinstalled again and nothing no options or anything. I won't be visiting subway again until this app is fixed
SUBCARD is the best loyalty program app I've used. So far this year I've had 10+ free hot drinks from my accrued points. In your first month all of your points are doubled. After this, you earn double points when you buy at Subway twice in a week. A new feature is SUBSQUAD. When one of the two to nine people in your squad buys at Subway you all receive a notification. If you then visit and make a purchase within four hours you both get awarded 50 bonus points. That's half of a free hot drink, not bad going!
Subcard section disappeared after update. So i cleared the app data and when i tried logging in it said the password doesn't match despite it working fine on the full website. Something seems broken with this app...
Unable to log in via the app. No issue on the website. Unacceptable.

Useless. Always saying my password is incorrect when it isn't and I even have reset it countless times and it still won't work. I have to say as a new customer, I have never found any loyalty card so hard to use with any other company!! You try to have trendy branding yet can't get an app working
