It's keeping me error with my mobile number confirmation.

Trying to register my app,but after entering the mobile number giving error. I am already a Alshaya card. How to login to the app now.

Firstly when I signed up it was fine, then after the updates it keeps me logged off! I tried many times to login but it gives me an error to my email and password! I thought it was password forgotten so I chose forget password MANY MANY times but it never gives reflect/reponse on email. I even tried to call on customer service number but it always says all lines busy!! And I believe it's not!!! So upset ????

I didn't know about this app until one of the employees of shake shack told me about it and I'm surprised with the offers, I wish I know before, this app will be my in my favorite apps.. thank you so much

Keep Error... most stupid app. Deserve less that 1 star

I registered long time ago, my account is still active, i couldn't log in, i reset my password and still can't login, i registered again but it doesn't allow me to add my card as it was already registered, i entered a new card number and it loads and stop no error message nothing....this app needa some really REALLY extreme make over, if you can't handle a simple app don't over advertise your privilege club thing...

My security is more important than an app which its developer think he is a smart guy!!! Well guess what? Rooted phone is more secure than your phone

Fire whoever wrote this app for you! Creating the account via WiFi is slow and unreliable. Also, I am 41 years old and having me select my birthday on a monthly (!) calendar means me tapping to go back a month 492 times -- totally unacceptable and showing a lack of thought on the side of the developers that should get them fired without warning. Not confident about giving you my residence ID number either...

It keeps giving me error message and there is no way to get rid of it!

The app logs you out and although you may choose the forgot pasword option and change your password, it still gives you an error message saying passwrd or login does not match. How come in spite of so many complaints this hasnt been fixed as yet!?

I don't know why this app is not available in Qatar yet. Meanwhile Qatar is already among the participating countries ?
