Tasks To Do Pro, To-Do List for Android
The best task list app you can find...
Would give it a 5 star rating if it provided me with an option of creating a sub-task
Very good comprehensive application. Affordable price. I have used many famous task organizers but this application ultimately I found best for personal use.
Good app
Excelente personalización y Estados de tareas
Works perfectly. Using it for some years now and it permanently improved to provide the best user experience. Customer support is also great. Thanks a lot.
Flexible, easy to prioritize tasks, and intuitive to use. If I may make a suggestion, the only improvement I would like to see is the ability to change the color of the text. In a previous app I used this to help distinguish work from personal tasks.
Need - (1)snoozing on alert like DGT GTD, (2)selection of week days for repetition on selected days and (3) hourly repetition.
Now using for a series of single line tasks of a particular project and Im happy with Tasks To Do features so 5 stars. As others have requested, I could also use hourly and day of the week repetition. Note 3 Kitkat
please include the option of number or date ends of repeats then it will get 5 stars . Some task do not repeat forever,
Didn't think i'd ever find an app that could sway me away from 2Do (which seems to have been abandoned on android). Found it now. Maybe someday this developer will offer a colored theme other than the green. And maybe offer a task option that has an action associated with it, like calling or texting or emailing (like 2Do has).
By far the best task manager I have used. Sorting, repetition, notifications, multiple lists, list widgets, synch, and others.
Waiting for pen input in the notes section of tbe tasks and you have a 5 from me...
Still no multiline widget. But using for a series of single line tasks of a project. It's a good fit. Previous: See dark app theme added. Will ck back summer 2015 to see if multiline title added to widget. Previous: Sept 2014 - Excellent task app and widget but I've chosen another task app and widget that displays widget multiple line task title without truncating. Sent email to dev requesting multiline task in widget (app already supports multiline task). 5 stars then. Note 3 Kitkat
Love the new date and time pickers! this is my new favorite and has all the features that I want. The new views are just what I need to keep in top of my todo's. Love the new material design!

I've tried countless to-do lists from Google play. Goal setters, task managers, organizers - all of them lacked something. Either too many useless functions or cluttered interface or small fonts or many other annoying things that don't allow you to properly handle various lists. This app has it all! I wish I could give it 10 stars :) it's perfect for both everyday planning and to-buy, bucket or future goals lists. Simple but extremely useful!
Need - (1)snoozing on alert like DGT GTD, (2)selection of week days for repetition on selected days and (3) hourly repetition. (4) Also, alert can be continuous/consistent as an option like Life Reminders for very important task. Dev is requested to consider to make it complete app. Otherwise also this is awesome app without doubt.
What a shame that by far the quickest and best app I've tried so far falls at the first hurdle I.e. it just can not sync properly at all with toodledo. No tag no context and the categories don't sync AT ALL with the folders in either direction. Continuing my search and getting a refund. You should not be charging for something that doesn't work!!
I really liked the app however the application can complete If they add some security like pin password when we open from others
So Love this. Bought the pro version a while ago. Once installed it automatically upgraded me to Pro. Functionality is Awesome in this app :)
Tried many other apps. This is the best by far.
Excellent app for reminding you of up and coming events or things you need to do. Much better than other similar apps.
My request is for you to introduce a predictable text feature to save time in inputting. Maybe this would be part of the paid version.
See dark app theme added. 5 stars if implemented. Then I can start using again. Additionally a dark app theme would be nice. Note 3 Kitkat
Uses far too much battery. Updates frequently even set to once a week. Uninstall.
My request is for you to introduce a predictable text feature to save time in inputting. Maybe this would be part of the paid version.
easy to enter information, lots of options, nice appearance. But would welcome view being split under headings today, tomorrow, this week and next week. There doesn't seem to be a way to do that.
Best task app ever
Excelente personalización y Estados de tareas
I've tried a number of "to do" apps over the years. This one is by far the easiest/simplest to understand and use, yet provides a lot of great features. My only wish is that I could set repetitive tasks based on day of week, e.g. 3rd Thursday of month. Still I don't need that very often so this works great me.
Revised:.I submitted my issue to developer and it seems he added the feature. In review.
Having reviewed many similar apps some time ago I identified this as being the best – to my mind it is the only one that does task management properly. Particularly the ability to sort and present due tasks in a clear and meaningful way, with many user options. Quick and easy to set up a new task with appropriate info such as due date, priority and category, with user definable defaults meaning that most times these will be set correctly without having to change them. I have not been disappointed during the many months I have been using this app. 6 stars at least. It now has an additional winning feature for users of the Hebrew calendar app, Hebdate. (Hebdate is to Hebrew calendar apps, what Task To Do is to task apps – the best.) The new feature enable you to(optionally) use the Hebdate calendar rather than the in-built Tasks To Do calendar to select the due date of your tasks. This is especially important for tasks with a due date around a festival (and equally important if your task date must avoid being on/around a festival).
The ability to do backups, add notes to tasks, & create custom categories are all great. It is very configurable, yet simple. It is easy to add even the most detailed tasks. Being able to dictate task titles & notes is a big time saver. It makes great use of screen real estate, being able to see both the task titles & notes without cluttering the view. Will give you 5 *s if you add filter for future tasks & multiple reminders.
I have been looking for months for a task organizer that allows for recurring tasks, like paying a bill. This is the only one I found that actually does this. Once you mark the current task as done, poof, the next one is automatically created on the list. Yea!
App has potential to be a great app but is very buggy. Notes added to a Task also gets added to several other Tasks. Only way to clear it is to open task, and resave it. Also, takes about 10 seconds for app to start. Doesn't stay in memory. Doesn't have ability to search for a Task. Can't sort individual task lists separately. Several other bugs too many to mention. Emailed list of issues to developer 10 days ago, still haven't heard from them.
It would be REALLY helpful to have a "due this week" option, or "due within 7 days". I need to be able to just see what's due, but want to see what's started or waiting without having to change views. This will make repeating tasks much more useful.
This is not my main Google Tasks app - GTasks is. However, I wanted Astrid-like repeating tasks, and this app does that perfectly. I set tasks that, once completed, will be repeated with a due date set x days after completion. Since it syncs to Google Tasks, it then syncs to GTasks. The app itself is a bit wonky with syncing - for example once I moved a ton of tasks around to different lists on the website, and then I think this app synced a copy of them all into the default list. It also syncs all of my completed tasks ever which is weird and slows the app down on first sync. Whatever, it was just a bunch of clicks to clear. The one feature that I would really like though is to change what time counts as a completion date - for example if I mark something off that repeats every day before I go to sleep at 1am on saturday, it should count as having been completed on friday and then be repeated on saturday.
Love the new date and time pickers! this is my new favorite and has all the features that I want. The new views are just what I need to keep in top of my todo's
