First it doesn't connect and then it connects and says the cable isn't connected when it actually is. I can send a signal, the spark lights up and then does nothing

They have the app open to the public but not the actual product. I have continued to have faith in them until seeing all of their products fail to work with the apps and leave customers disappointed. Avoid alpine labs.

The app will be good eventually, but out of the box, the HDR and Time Lapse features seem unusable (set in bulb mode for HDR on a Canon t6i, as suggested).
