حيث تسعى وزارة العمل و التنمية الاجتماعية ممثلة في وكالة الوزارة للضمان الاجتماعي إلى ضمان حياة كريمة للأسر الضمانية من خلال البرامج النقدية والمساندة وفق إجراءات سهلة ميسرة وملتزمة بمبدأ وشعار ( نصل إلى المستفيد بدلاً من أن يصل إلينا ) وذلك لتحقيق رسالة وكالة الوزارة للضمان الاجتماعي ( نبحثهم بالستر ونصرف لهم باليسر ) , حيث تقدم المعاشات والبرامج المساندة للمستفيدين والمستفيدات من وكالة الوزارة للضمان الاجتماعي وهم ( المطلقات، والأيتام، والأرامل، والعجزة، وأسر السجناء، والمعلقات، والمهجورات، ومن لا عائل له ).

مبادئ العمل الرئيسية لوكالة الوزارة للضمان الاجتماعي:
العمل على تحقيق الدعم المادي لفئات المستفيدين.

عقد الشراكة الاجتماعية مع الشركات والمؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية لتوظيف أبناء المستفيدين.

تأهيل وتدريب منسوبي الوكالة.

ويقوم التطبيق بعرض التالي:

2- الاستعلام الإلكتروني من خلال تطبيق الضمان الإجتماعي .
