It's a good app but there are a lot of popular business books that are missing which I want to read or listen to. There must be a section where we can request for books.

Terrible app, and terrible service. No books worth reading.

I cant cancel my sub it dont have the books i want and i cant find out how to unsub

Terrible website. No way to cancel online, you have to call ( or email maybe?). Books are okay when you consider that they're free. Takes a while to download them though. Also no real account info online aside from your username and password. You get what you pay for and I had a free trial...

Several months ago I signed up for a free trial. The only reason i signed up was because I wanted to know what selection they had. I quickly realized that they didn't have ANYTHING I wanted, and tried to cancel. I couldn't figure out how to cancel though and I forgot about it. A month ago, I realized that i was still being charged $20/month for the subscription, which I was not using. I canceled it over the phone, and asked them for a refund. They told me they would send me an email response within 10 days, which i never got. I called them again,was told exact same thing, and again no response. I then called a third time, and talked to someone who said she was a supervisor. She said that if they decide not to give the refund, they don't send a response. However, I got a partial refund of $20 measly dollars. I spent about $180 total on this useless subscription. I filed a fraud claim at my bank and called AYCB a third time. AYCB told me that they would not issue another refund as there was only so much they could refund, but then i got another $20 refund! Obviously your representatives don't have any authority to say these things, so are you gonna give me the rest of my refund?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! This app or even open an account. 1st - Their selection is pitiful. 2nd - Quality of audibles is Poor. 3rd - You have no control over your account information. You can't update your email, you can't update a payment method, you can't cancel your account (at any time) like it says. It doesn't even give you that option.

Horrible. No search bar. Lame books. Website star reviews are false. They make you rate as soon as you sign up and I couldn't find an option to rate it after using it. Con artists.

Wish there was a search bar of some sort. Has pretty basic stories from what I've seen, but I don't want to continue using without that search bar.

Bait and switch. They say it's free but you have to sign up to get 30 day free trial then it's $19.95 a month. (NOT FREE)

Hard to find search bar then when I did I tried to find four of my favorite authors they had nothing

Absolutely horrible. Email they provide for customer service is bad, won't send. Doesn't matter if you like 'classics vs children's books', a company that provides an email should make sure the email is VALID, it is misleading. Not one book I searched for was available. I had better luck with my public library. I will cancel at once.

Horrible selection. Nothing new and very low quality audio. And to cancel your account you have to call them. The one good thing is that they have 24hr customer service hence the 1 star. Lol

Not so sure what everyone is having trouble finding. I think philosophers are more interesting than childrens authors so this is my jam :)

Warning the contents in this service is very boring and non existence worser than a library ever been to. The content needs to be updated with actual proper interesting books. All the books I wanted to read or listen to audiobooks not available here. No John le Carre or James Bond audio books, no decent autobiographies, no popular science books and no other books that I wanted to read. I think this is a con. I would like my details back and delete my account immediately.

Terrible app, assortment of books was horrific. And if you do not cancel your account within a trail period they will charge you and not offer a refund, would give it a lower rating if i could. ????

No search function and nothing worth reading. To add insult to injury, the design is hideous.

Not Free. App asks for your credit card information before you can even start.

Would have been perfect if it had more modern books. Love the podcast section and wish I could keep thus part for a lesser fee.
