First of customer service representative c did not speak English very well and could not understand that I would do things myself in my time frame not hers did not have a pen with in which to write with I keep having to pick a different user name and now I can not remember which one was used nor what password I used yet I get email to log in for my online statement but I can't log in so that leaves me with one option and according to the reviews I have read here it may do me no good. And application still may not work correctly! You need to fix the bugs in it having to go through all the years to get to the year I was born is ridiculous that's 50x12. Come on you got to be kidding and then you go through all that and you still get no where and it freezes your ability to use the application.

App is always down. Can't use debit cards to make payments. Ally sucks anyway! Their interest rates are ridiculously high!! Looking into refinancing my loan!!!

hi, i recently financed a 2016 colorado truck and my payments are prety high at the moment. is there any agencies that can possible help me with refinancing my vehicle? also, can i get another disbursement on my truck ? ive received one last year but im curious if they will let me do it again? i mean ive never been late on a single payment so any thing will help u guys! thank you. jackie

Would love to sign in to my account using the correct password and not get locked out just because your app doesn't work. I also would love to be able to reset my password like other Banks with security questions instead of having to put in my entire account number. I have paperless statements, which seems great except I don't get the full account number on them so I have to go dig up my original paperwork just to reset my password on my locked account all because your app won't work. Starting to understand? This becomes hours of headaches because 1) your apps (all of them) suck, and 2) there is no security questions to reset my password. I have many banking apps including one from a local bank and they all function better. It's embarrassing.

Doesn't work, big waste of time to set up, once logged in app states that "app services unavailable" additionally i experienced the same errors and bugs as all the other reviewers. Good lucking calling for support.

I tried signing up on this and it said invalid email format. It was NOT invalid because I always type it. Please get it fixed and I may give it more than 1 star.

PSA to those of you complaining - for the calendar, CLICK ON THE YEAR FIRST. Then you can scroll through the months easily. For those that do not know their username or password, you can use your VIN instead of the account number.

It's stupid and every time I attempt to make a payment I have to call someone that takes an hour bc it always tells me failed password and then the people answering phones are idiots too and do not understand what I am saying. Even though I talk real slow so they can understand what I am saying to them.

Simple, clean layout, & quick access to make & track payments as well as view FICO score. Additions such as Loan Terms(interest rates, borrower & co-borrower's names), YTD interest paid, & current payoff amounts would make it even better.

The app doesn't recognize numbers in user id's or e-mails. Smh. All of my email accounts have at least one number. Ya probably wanna get someone on that soon.

For an app to get money from people, they sure like making the getting to the payment part a chore, even logging in is annoying. Also, it's one thing to release updates, but most of them are irrelevant, i just want to pay, not update every God damn day. Don't enforce updates for the love of intelligence...

I HATE! That you can not scroll to get your date of birth you have to click back thru EVERY SINGLE MONTH ... for instance if you are 50 years old you have to click back 600 months/times... which is EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!!!!! PLEASE CHANGE THIS ASAP!!! THANK YOU.

When I leaveessagecat message center I never get a response, reps claim they never got them , bit my app shows they were sent. C.Rafa you can call me to discuss this problem.

Allows me to make my payments easily. Not sure why people are giving poor reviews to the app if you are having problems with customer service. I login once a month, make my payment on time and that's all I need it for. No problem.
