Much like all the other reviews, it uploaded 3 of 9 pics once, then would not retain any additional photos that were attempted to be synced. Either fix the bugs, or open it up to other photo-share apps. Considering taking the photo-frame back now...

It worked awesome when I first got it. I have a newborn and a butt ton of photos that I now cannot upload. Fix it!!! I got it as a gift months ago and can't return it.

App has only worked once for uploading photos and crashes continuously. It is the only way to clearly sync between multiple picture frames but never actually seems to work on my android phone. Would not recommend purchasing the photo frames due to the terribly unreliable app and cumbersome workarounds.

It says it sent a confirmation then doesnt. I don't even know how to find the confirmation on the frame anyway. The facebook connection to the frame doesn't work either.

I'm assuming there was cloud storage overload xmas morning, but now the app works like a charm xmas evening on my Samsung galaxy edge 6. The wife's iphone still crashes though.

The App worked for a few pictures and now is not sending all the pictures selected to the photo frame which is the primary reason we purchased it. They show in the message section on the phone App but they never reach the picture frame. Judging by the reviews we are not the only ones having issues. If the problem is not corrected soon the frame will be going back to Best Buy.

I bought the Aluratek frame from Best Buy so I could upload photos remotely via an app. This app is rudimentary, not professionally designed, and simply non functional. Frame going back to Best Buy due to the lack of a functional method to share photos via cloud/app. I would rate this app a zero if I could.

One phone says uploaded but never shows up. The other phone (brand new) won't upload. Need to add some capacity to your server. I suspect the connection is timing out due to it being Christmas Day.

It wouldn't upload pictures all day. We figured the server was overwhelmed with everyone trying to upload so we tried around 10pm and it's been working terrific!

Was worried about the bad reviews, but have had no issues. Have sent several photos to the frame I bought for my parents. My wife and Dad have successfuly linked to it as well and are uploading photos.

Well, the frame is tied to this app and this app does not even remotely work. Probably why Aluratek doesn't publicly disclose the app name online(?). The app crashes when trying to send a photo to the frame from my phone, freezes on my sister's, and crashes as well on my mother's phone. Nexus 5/Moto X Play. Will be returning the frame to BestBuy

Same as everyone else...pics never uploaded. Going back to best buy. I will not use Facebook and Twitter to upload photos to the frame. I should have bought a Pixstar.

This app worked a week ago. It won't work today on the same phone. I notice all the complaints are from Christmas day. Is it possible the problem is a server-overload issue? I may give it a few days.

This app does not add an 'share to' entry to sent pictures to the app in the android menu, no native support for google photos, ugly 'screeming' colors. At the price point of the picture frame (170 eur) i expect much much higher quality ...

Terrible app. Doesn't work. Two different phones, pictures would never upload. Awful and going back to to Best Buy

This app just didn't even function for it's primary purpose. Sending pics to an Aluretek frame received at Christmas. It will result in the frame being returned to Best Buy.

I like the idea, but nobody is able to upload photos. One way trip back to Best Buy. We were all so excited and got let down.

installed it Dec 26 and used it from phone in US, to send Pictures to Parents in Canada. First time one picture and it works great. Sent SD, and HD image.

Great idea, like all else though, uploads don't work. Disappointing after giving as a gift.

LG G5 does not upload. Aluratek, this 200 $ cdn is a RIP OFF. WI FI promise is as trust worthy as the Trump promises. NOT

We had a problem Christmas uploading photos I guess because the server was overwhelmed but now works great!

How long does it take to confirm. I would like to add photos to my frame

A waste of time! It didnt upload the pics.

Started working week after Christmas.

App will not load pics at all. Returning to best buy tomorrow and purchasing the nixplay instead!
