- Over 165 "Tents For Troops" campgrounds ( The campgrounds in this program pledged to offer at least 2 nights free for active military, including Reserves and National Guard, and members of their immediate family only. Just filter out if not now active military.)
➤CAMPGROUND DETAILS:
✔Official website, phone number, directions, what kind of military credentials are needed, open season, rate range, sites, hookups, amps, big rigs access, tents or no tents, clubs, water, showers, toilets, tables, playground, laundry, propane, pet-friendly, RV dump station, storage, firewood and internet access.
➤FILTERS:
Just about everything in the app can be added or removed with your map view. See only tent places with showers; RV parks with a playground and 50 amp. You pick!
➤NO WIFI? NO SERVICE?
Parts of this app will always work and provide useful information. The data is stored on your phone while the app uses GPS, so constantly calling upon a website for information is not necessary. This is great for improving speed when you’re in remote places.
➤SUPPORT
** This app is a subset of the data for Camp and RV Ultimate which is a full time project built for campers by campers providing camping data for over 14 years.
** Cell service is required for full GPS. Internet required for maps.

I am a retired DOD civilian and we motor home south from Washington state for a few months during the winter. Love this app. The military parks are great with few exceptions and being on a base with other military active duty and retired make you feel really safe. The price is right and some of the places are truly remarkable! This app makes finding and checking out these military parks easy

It would be nice to filter on reviews e.g. Show 4 & 5 star only. It would also be great to plot a route and show campground within 10, 20, 50 miles of route.

I had to reload this app when I got a new phone. This time there is no state map I can find that shows me where the nearest campground is to my intended route. That was a very handy feature. I would rate much higher if the state maps came back.

I love that I have all the info I need right in my hand and it's kept updated. Hard print books/magazines get outdated so easily and become worthless after a short period of time. The ability to have a current phone number at a touch of your screen, for RV availability space, is a precious resource while traveling. Great app. When you are traveling the country this app really makes it easy to determine where your next stop is
