RAP Tech Mobile Application

A new version of Mercedes RAP Tech is available for download .press OK to get the new version.......... keep getting this message also when calling the client it takes me to skype to make calls

You take a crap app and made it worse. I keep getting time out errors trying to log in find some one that knows how to properly make an app. It happens on both android ios

Will open up all the time when I'm not using it. Worked much better on my iPhone. Will alert me for a page but I can't get the volume to work so if I get a call at night it looks bad for us. Just bought the Samsung s6 active. Switched from and iPhone 5 and the app worked perfectly

This is the worst app I've ever had. Battery life gets sucked up, the app slows down my phone, sometimes I won't get the notifications until I get called from roadside. App takes over your phone, you can be doing something on it and it just sends you to the roadside app, does it close to every 10 mins. The best or nothing, right MB? Way to make us fail. This is for Samsung Note 4

Drains battery. Can't change option or settings. Always crashes. Lose jobs randomly or don't receive at all. This is horrible. How can I help customers when they can't get a hold of us? I thought Mercedes Benz was the best or nothing. This horrible app makes me not want to do roadside even though I love it. Please, please update this app. Please...

After the android update this app opens up by itself. Anything I have on the screen, within 10 seconds roadside app is opening up in front of it. Makes my phone useless, I can't use anything else on my phone if I'm logged into the app. It's acting like a virus. I've been to Verizon to have them look at it and they say it's within the app itself not my phone (Galaxy S5). "That's the problem with 3rd party apps" Verizon told me. This app has been a nightmare since it launched!

Kills battery. Open whenever it wants to by itself. Jobs may pop up but mostly don't.

Huge battery drain, and now I'm not receiving any roadside notifications. I've missed three just in the past two days. It shows up in job history after it expires but never notifies me about a new roadside

Unbelievable that this is the official roadside app. Crashes often, very slow and network intensive! Poor user interface doesn't help. Sucks up battery life like a vacuum.

I was informed my previous review was somewhat offensive. I still feel strongly that this app has horrible flaws, the battery will not last more than about 2-4 hours while logged in and the gps will not shut off, even while the app is not open. The UI feels like Android from 2009. I had emailed the developer on June 25 about these problems and submitted a review here. I heard nothing back. I emailed and tried to call. I heard nothing back. I then, frustrated, wrote a review on July 26 that offened someone.

This app could be great for roadside techs, but it's not. The information is arranged poorly in the GUI. If you have more than 3 pending calls the app is virtually useless as it will freeze up completely. If you leave the app for any reason, it goes back to the main screen, which means it has to update all the data on that screen. This takes forever. If you use the "call me" feature, you'll lose your call completely. The only benefit to this app is the direct dial to the client from inside the ap

I just downloaded this app on my Galaxy S5, and it does not work. Once you log in, there are no menu options. So you can't navigate passed the Call Log screen, or perform any functions.

I would like to know how this app is helpful to anyone. After many months the problems are still there. After last update battery still drains extremely fast on mobile data and normal battery life when connected to WiFi..all kinds of bugs in new update, thanks

It doesnt log you off no more, but now after the update i get roadside calls with incomplete info. Example. customers call back number, vehicle info.

Destroys battery and sends late pages often... Wish the developers would figure it out and get it working a lot better...

This app is a complete failure. It drains battery on phone in 2 hours that normally last 2 days without app. Logs me off frequently. Its a 50/50 chance on getting your calls. The pager was much better. COME ON MERCEDES WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BEST OR NOTHING?????

Only half of the calls come through and misses a lot of money that could be made! It says the milage is displayed but it's really not! The app drains my battery and makes my phone slow. Who can I contact to complain about this app and ask them to fix the bugs? It's 2014, this app could be so much better and I really was expecting somthing a lot better from mercedes! Please fix this app and please fire the people at the call center bc they are the dumbest people on earth!

This app is terrible! I want the pager with its 20 year old technology back instead of this! Calls don't come through. Battery drains extremely fast. Once I accept a job it disappears from the que and job history forever. I get logged out frequently. Great idea but this app is not ready for use even with its new "improvements". Now that the pager doesn't work we NEED this! Ask any agent at roadside or any RAP tech, I have no doubt they will agree.

The status of the app has gone unchanged.

Won't stay logged in. Full time GPS tracking, no privacy and kills battery. They better get this fixed quick, because the pager can't be turned back on! Won't install on a Samsung phone that meets all requirements, why make this so difficult

Horrible battery life while app is running. Constantly being logged off with no indication that im offline. Sometimes calls with go to app, sometimes to pager, sometimes a phone call. Need an update ASAP!

This is just awful. Calls don't come through or very late. It kills your battery.
