So many negative things to say about this app. I would be here all night.losing money and makes you look bad.90 sec to reply,I hit accept to accept a job and sometimes declines it. Once in awhile I will sign out and go off duty to take care of things and log back in and go on duty and they still send these jobs threw and then there's five jobs timed out.The biggest problem is I have to do ten jobs to raise my acceptance rate 1%but decline one job and I'll be damn they Drop it 1%.Bs

Good app, pretty accurate when taking me on a job, sometimes I get the same job twice, but the info is pretty dead on. Can't wait for the new and improved app

The notification in the toolbar is bad enough, but it would be nice if it didn't redo the same call over and over and would actually show you what call it was. And really? 2 minute accept time? What are u supposed to do in 2 minutes....cant even check map directions to see how far it is to give eta in 2 minutes, and thats assuming you get notified with 2 minutes to respond; usually its over before u even get notified. AGREE with other provider above, Agero kills this app, hands down!

I love the idea, and this is better than their other options, but this needs a huge update. It logs me out randomly, will automatically turn down calls or won't show them until I have like 10 seconds left to respond. There are a lot more bugs as well, like it won't let me update a call on mobile, but if I do it on the computer then the calls get stuck on my mobile and won't let me erase them. I usually have to un- and then reinstall this once a day.... I'll say the mobile needs the most work done on it.

I was at 100% accepting but dropped to 65% and I always accept all jobs. When ever I log out and open the app a job shows up and I'm not even logged in.

Needs work draining my battery freezes my phone but it's a ok app

Nevermind that it doesn't allow dispatcher to receive and assign calls to drivers....also super short response time allotted and with internet lag, the call is often gone before we can even see it!! It constantly logs me out AND stops responding. And of course Allstate does NOT call if you dont respond on the app. Never thought Agero would outdo Allstate at Anything...but my props to Agero for a functioning app! Allstate, if you're giving priority to digital dispatch, at least take the time to fine tune!!

Freezes phone and runs battery dead. Program never shuts off.

Really? Less than 1 minute to respond to job available? That is ridiculous. Give 3-4 minutes like Agero does. No wonder hardly anyone uses Allstate's app!

I love the app. But lately it does not show my driver's whereabouts via GPS and wont show active jobs on mobile devices therefore we cant accept or close/complete jobs.

Pauses to much then the call times out.......UGH!

Won't let me sign in. I try to call support and it hangs up on you. I can NEVER get a hold of ANYONE at Allstate.

App no good Always shows I'm late no matter what

This app is not worth using, it shows jobs as timed out in history even though the job never rang through on my phone, will not use this app again, uninstalling

On the galaxy note 3 the call screen pops up for no reason even if it's on the locked screen.

My only complaint is with this latest update, my droid phone has stopped making sounds when a call comes in.. This must be fixed.. Before this update the app ran flawlessly. Sometimes its good to leave well enough alone, there was no need to mess with the app.. BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION..

We have moved to tablet based devices and this app isn't supported on our drivers Samsung Galaxy Tab 4's (7.0). Please support more devices. Thanks

Not sure if its the app, or how the motor club has the app set up, but a call will time out if you do not accept it in 45-60 seconds. The designer of this app needs to understand that we operate loud diesel trucks, and sometimes it takes a minute or so for us to realize it's alerting us that we have a new call. Removing the time out feature would be a huge improvement! Everything else is spot-on! I like how everything is laid out. I give 3 stars out of 5. Good simple app. Just fix the time out feature!

Since new update no sounds when call comes in using android system. Plus they need to make a little more time to look at the call. Other than that great app

Very slow

Horrible customer service they care nothing for members only about membership fees and its all in the fine print I lose money but would recommend anyone to get AAA at least they pay their services providers and they show up as they should 8 eta could never be accepted in my shop

This app can be a pain in the butt at times. Never the less, without it I would only get half the jobs I do. 10 stars if I could. Thank you Road Smart.

This app sucks the life out of your battery and it's not very good either. For ARS to be the largest roadside assistance provider, this app is VERY disappointing!

Double accept calls you have to go back in the queue and resend the call to the driver.. even after the update still logs you out

Not good at all missed calls because it did not come through phone. It also drains my battery life. Please fix

A big waste and problematic. Poor support. Could have been a useful tool. Other motor club apps like agero are far better.
