Roadside assistance is still good. but this app IS NOT GOOD. IT SAYS cannot find member in the system!!! Have had roadside ever since I have been with Verizon!!! ALSO THE DEVELOPER IS IGNORING EMAILS. I called Verizon and they said to email Developer. Just found out email of this developer is fake. Called Allstate, which owns Signature Motor Club and they are the ones who told me no such email address on their end.

Horrible! Will not let me or my wife sign in, says is cant find our name. Going to cancel the 6 extra bucks im paying to have this on 2 of my lines and go back to AAA. Garbage, verizon should be ashamed of this pile of crap for an app. Beware... stick with emergency auto through AAA or your insurace carrier unless you want to be stuck somewhere while the app tells you that you dont exist

This is horrible!!! It says I am not in the system. I have had Roadside assistance for many years and have used it several times. I should not have to call customer service to fix an app that I have had previously installed with zero problems!! Please fix!!!

App was working fine until recent update, now it won't even open, just tells me my phone is not supported and closes. Have had this app for years and never had a problem until now. Please correct as this is a service that we pay Verixon for.

The roadside service is great! We used it a couple times over the years & they are always very quick... But the app won't let any of my numbers sign in, just says we don't exist anymore

Wouldn't allow me to sign in but I called customer service and set up my tow that way. Everything went smoothly and I got my car towed back to the safety of my driveway

I have just spent an hour trying to get a tow truck dispatched! The app constantly returns error messages that make no sense & if any notifications cause it to switch to another screen, you will have to start all over again. Just bloody awful!!! This is a paid service that I will be discontinuing immediately!

My car broke down so I submit a service request thru the Verizon Roadside assistant app at 12:11pm I never got a respond until I decide to call the customer service which it didn't work because the system was telling me that calls were not accept it at the time. I call #ROAD again finally I got an answer just to tell me to wait for the text I got a text at 13:45 pm which tell me the ETA was 2:09pm wow I am really need to look for somebody more reliable. Maybe AAA.

I pay for my monthly term for the roadside assistance with the company and it says I don't have the feature. Before it would act as if my profile was never even on my account to get help with towing or lock opening. Need to be fixed immediately.

Called to get a jump start on my old van. Won't do it. Tow? Nope. Considered a heavy duty vehicle. Had to walk 10 miles to find someone to jump it using standard jumper cables. Waste of money!

Terrible service and terrible partners in Florida. 80 min ETA?!?! In city! Not rural or hwy. Going back to AAA. Never more than 45 min. Had to call the RSA line 3 times before someone with an annoyed attitude picked up. Then was told acceptable ETA can be up to 2 hours! First time and last time use.

Omar of Guardian Angels was very professional and prompt. He came earlier than what I expected. Please give him the recognition he deserves for his services and professionalism! Hands down, Verizon!

Worked well with a tow. Only thing I would change is to make the app better for requesting services. I had to call in when app messed up. Not a big deal since it's well worth $3 a month for it

I've always been happy enough with the service from roadside assistance, but the app is pointless because it doesn't work. I had my information in and ended up calling to see where my jump start person was and they had my vehicle information, but had not placed to service call to get anyone to cone out yet.

Used app to request a jump start.. App says they received the request and will give me an eta in about 5mins. .. 25 mins later no eta. . I called the number for assistance on the app..ring.ring.ring. . Etc no one picks up.. I called the number for "road side" customer support and I get the verizon wireless customer support! 5mins worth of menu pressing later the phone thinks I'm in Kentucky? I'm in Florida! I finally got a rep who put me thru to a local service station providing the jump. ..too much work!

The app itself does not work, needed a tow and would not send the request just kept saying service error. Called 1-800 number got everything taken care of but customer service could not help with problems with the app.

I hope Verizon is not responsible for this tripe of a product. I could not register for over half a day so I removed the service a day AFTER I had subbed and tried to install this garbage and called my insurance company that is same cost and will be cheaper in the event of more then four (4) mishaps in a calendar year and I need to pay more.

Of course it sux, it's supposed to. Your being sold something they don't want you to use. That's the big business game now days. Anyone ever been on a site where they were quick to provide pay us and it's like a room with a thousand doors to no where when your trying to cancel or get a refund. Of course they hope you'll just give up and say Fruk it then they keep your money. It's only a dollar. But when sold to millions it's only millions of dollars. People are stupid and lazy & they know it =$$ lots

So far overall is an okay app needs vehicles added I cannot register my 2002 Ford Ranger XLT extended cab pick up because pickups are not even or Rangers are not even listed just have cars you need to have trucks listed as well.

Sends you though all the prompts just to get an error message! Also if it did it would give you an up to time who was coming and when appx.

Put in for a tow. Waited 45 minutes for screen to update and it never did. Physically called #7623 and they told me nothing was in the system. They hooked me up with a tow.

The service is fine, nice to have when you need it. The app doesn't work though. Tried to use it twice during breakdowns and errors both times. At least there's a "call roadside assistance" option so you can get through to a human, that's really the only part of the app that works.

App does not work and when I called for service I was told that it will take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get a tow. When I said that was unacceptable, they told me that it was acceptible and unless I wanted to pay out of pocket and call someone else, there was nothing I could do.

Still directs u to call and give all the same info again. I thought it would be easier via app, but it needs work if the app doesn't communicate with the phone center.
