This is so good to have when i have a roadside emergency, instead of going through my contacts looking for the phone number, i can just open the app, helps me stay calm in an emergency

Let me know when I can register my 2016. Only goes to 2015.

they offer the service only to the first owner of the car! so the app was useless to install.

App times out before I can enter my name and VIN. Useless.

Great app in that it provides a convenient way for Mercedes Benz owners to call for roadside assistance. I too am rating to offset the one star ratings. Just because the shoe doesn't fit doesn't mean it's a bad shoe. It's just not the shoe for you.

Downloaded this app to check how it works but I can't get beyond the registration window won't even accept my vin. I can't tell if it will be useful or not because I am not able to register.

Roadside service excellent. I recently had a tire blowout on the expressway in route to a funeral. I parked and called roadside service. They took the information and a technician called back in less than 5 minutes. He was at the location it seems within a 20 minute wait time. He was so polite and professional. He did a great job getting me taken care of. There were people standing around that were very impressed with the technician and the fact that Mercedes Benz service is a 24 hour service. Thank you.

Would be great to have a note section to add license plate info; maintenance info; repairs...etc. Then I will give it 5 stars.

Helps when i need it. For the old and newer editions that i drive.

I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz C-Class 350. I've been utilizing every available offering present. So far the web tools, personal customer service, provided information in booklet form, and vehicle hands on instrument have been my friend. I'm just glad these apps are available for that "just - in- case" moments.

Great app. My 6 month old GL decided to not start. Crazy Crazy. Entire battery had died and help arrived in next to no time. M-Brace is always the best but not everyone has that so this is a great and fast alternative. Amazing service!

The app number worked faster than the SOS button representative answering they were so helpfull and kind. Really great app in times of need.

The installation of this app is really awkward and stupid it does not connect to Mercedes Benz website and download owner information it asks every detail color, model, VIN number, etc and manually input all. There is no exit you have to manually force the application to stop. I hope it works better when I need it for roadside assistance

Nice to have, hope I'll never use it. Don't know yet if it's 5 star app, but just want to offset some of the stupid reviews. Works great on my Nexus 5 though. Was able to register and browse through the menus. Smart car owners please READ - the app is called Mercedes-Benz Roadside, NOT Smart Car Roadside. May be they'll develop an app for you too, but till then don't slender Mercedes.

This is clearly for Mercedes Benz owners O N L Y it's obvious your brain is as small as your vehicle. Love my new Mercedes and this app just makes it even better!

Mercedes Benz: if you don't support smart, don't send invites to smart owners.

While the app might be practical (I hope I'd never have to use it) it doesn't have an exit button or you can't back out of it. It seems it was written by iOS developers.

Screen locks up. Won't quit out of app. Must turn off Android to force app to close

As usual Mercedes knocks it out of the park with thier innovative ideas. My only concern is why the Ap needs access to so much of my device. The Aps ability to make phone calls with no intervention is a little confusing.

I'm a Smart Car owner and purchased my smart car from the local Mercedes Benz dealership. Because of that relationship, I received an email from Mercedes Benz about this app. After downloading it and installing it, I quickly found that I had to select from a list of models and the Smart ForTwo was not one of the listed options.
