This isn't an ad. It's my opinion. Nobody bribed me with prizes to do this. I was an X fan, but then X sold out and went pop. That's just history. Dirty Radio started up immediately for the fans and has original X 103.9 DJs, uncensored music, no ads, The Idiots Files, 10 O'clock Tool, Xtreme Radio, two different stations going at one time, and they play a wider arrange of music. Dirty Radio was there for the fans and their app is better.

Complete and utter ripoff of Dirty Radio app. X1039 abandoned their fans when they switched to be Hot 103.9. They only decided to bring back X 1039 after seeing the success of Dirty Radio. Perhaps those replying to all of the comments about how fake X1039 is should learn the difference between "Streaming" and an app... They have not had an "App" since 2015 and the comments are not simply an ad for a competing app.. We all simply know the truth and think what you are doing is horrible!

This app is a complete copycat not to mention a freaking traitor for ditching the fans of the i.e who have been listening for years. I highly SUGGEST DOWNLOADING dirty.radio fm from your play store they do everything the X use to do with the voice of the X and Dirty D. Check it out. Don't download this pos. Waste of time.

This is a rip off When x 1039 flipped the switched they betrayed rock music listeners. You guys jumped ship. Gave up on good music. Daryl stepped up and never gave up. No way you guys will take away from him. You chose Justin bieber. Shut this atrocity down. Don't try to slander my opinion by saying its an Ad. I am not being paid

I'm sure there were better intentions than people assume. I'm sure coming back through the app was more of a "man we really did have some awesome years" deal instead of "look at that other app's success" 100% I'm on that side of it. But in the end X bailed. Minimal warning. One of your own took care of the fans you all worked to make. Searching his app results in this because you put it in the tags. Again, I'm not saying there's anything ripping anything off. You're going to get some of those fans back through this effort. I'm just simply not one of them. Sadly I'm sure I know the reply this gets even with 0 mention of names of other apps. That's disrespectful to people who were once very dedicated listeners.

Used to be an x1039 faithful before they switched formats. Dirty D came out with Dirty Radio to support all the listeners who got left out in the dust by x1039. I don't care for any company who trys to pull success away from someone who was there for the people, Dirty D cares for his listeners and fans. DIRTY RADIO FOR LIFE!!! Update: "X1039 has been the I.E.'s Alternative Rock for 20 years..." No, you WERE the I.E.'s Alternative Rock for 20 years! Until you changed formats and left all the I.E. rock listeners in the dust. The only reason why you came back is because you saw how successful Dirty D had become after you left. Corporate greed.

I love this app. Perfect for listening in on all that x103.9 has to offer without needing an actual radio or being on the road. You can even set a sleep timer/alarm to shut it off after you sleep or wake you up to your favorite tunes!! ❤❤❤

Everyone kept wanting the X to come back. The only way to do this is with an app. Dirty radio wasn't the first to do it so stop acting like it was. When you give your ideas to a company, its now theirs. The X has every right. Stop complaining and enjoy what you all have been crying for.

Nope, never... dirtyradio all the way! I cant stand behind a copycat app that missed the mark a long time ago. You cant skip out on people when you THINK that you have found the jackpot elsewhere then try to copy someone elses devout love for their fan base and try to steal that because you think you will make a buck off of it. We see right threw you and know the difference between ones pocket and ones passion. I would say nice try but this was a horrible attempt at trying...

Not only did The X shut down, I moved away. So its great to hear the great music they were know for and the personalities that made the station awesome. The app works great. I would like to hear the jocks a little more.

This app is a load of crap. Dirty D has DirtyRadio and this is all we need. 103.9 FM turned it's back on the people who rock out, mosh out and jam out in the IE.

I have not even opened the app yet, but already know I'll love it... everything I loved about X without the whiny annoying voice of Daryl James. Thank the gods for that!

I'm so happy that they have the app still I didn't realize it till I seen they were back at it on Facebook, now I can enjoy all rock whenever.

Listened to Dirty Radio , and The X, both are good apps. But my preference is for The X, Dirty Radio is good plays a wider variety of Rock but is just too extreme for me. The current Playlist on the X app, edited or otherwise gets me through a long night schedule. I like that it's back. Just a bit more normal then the rest.

This app sucks, it a complete rip-off of the DirtyRadio.fm app. I recommend downloading the DirtyRadio.fm app it's 100% better.

If you are interested in a constant stream of alternative rock music I highly recommend checking out this app. The only reason there are so many 1 star reviews is because of drama between people who made two different apps. If you check out the 1 star reviews you can tell that the majority of them have no actual specific criticism about how this app works or the quality of it. This app works well, it's a constant stream of music and it has worked smoothly for me. You can even favorite songs you like and go back to view them whenever you want. I like this because later on I sometimes forget the title of a song I like. It also plays a good balance of new and old songs from the alternative rock format. I highly suggest checking it out and ignoring the drama contained in most of the reviews.

The x is back in a way, I understand from a business point of view that a profit must be made in order to stay in business but they came out with a medium that can reach listeners all over the world.

I have always been an x listener ever since i was younger. It has the top best music and no other station can compare
