Terrible. Only shows MY loan info. No account info for MY saving and/or checking accounts. Also only show two or three of last transactions. This entire bank, not just this app, is so user unfriendly and behind the tech times. Example: can't add ATM credit card (chipless still BTW) to Samsung or Android Pay.

While basic features such as the check deposit and current balance are still functioning you cant view transactions from the past in the app. It makes balancing my checkbook a nightmare. The history tab also shows duplicate transactions for each day. So you see one transaction from a purchase and a duplicate. Its very confusing. I wish there was a way to downgrade to the previous version. I've told my husband not to upgrade his app so that we have at least one easy way of checking the bank account.

So basic and very hard to keep track of your balance and deductions it is not a easy to use and very clear app. Plz make some updates. I like the bank just hate the app

We have fixed the account history issues that many reviewers had issues with since our V3 release by expanding the amount of history that users are able to see at once. If you are having problems logging in, simply go into Virtual Branch and reset your login credentials. It will work great after that!

I love that I can see my balances from anywhere through an app instead of my browser. Mobile check deposits is also a great feature.
