Allegion ENGAGE for Android
1.Does not work on Schlange lock products. 2. Customer service in Australia is absolutely pathetic. 3. A total waist of time.
App couldn't find the lock
My building just had fancy new locks installed, and this app is supposed to provide a way to give access to my unit to guests, pet sitters, etc. Except the app doesn't find the lock (Samsung Galaxy S6 - apparently a common issue). Online support lists questions but no solutions. When I call customer support, I get a voicemail that I've called after business hours and need to leave a message. So I did. Twice. Zero response. Shouldn't an app that supports locks to people's homes have 24/7 customer support?
Does not find the lock took 48 hours to receive email setup link. App is confusing, made by someone in over there coding abilities. Fire everybody and start over
Great technology
Works well, easy to manage credentials. Wish I could manually enter cars numbers and facility codes, instead of the method they use. But, all in all pretty easy to use.
Well Done.
Galaxy S6, lock connects when it wants to. Blinks red like it sees my phone but I'm told to refresh tokens.. So far, pretty disappointed with the software side of things. No ability to limit access during specific time frames from what I can tell, and poor app layout and function.
My phones next to the lock but won't connect ? And it flashes red but doesn't connect. Please help
Just leave it to Schlage to come out with something so amazing!
There is an issue with the compatibility to Motorola devices where it is difficult to see the locks. Once you connect, it works great, but it is difficult to connect.
its good

This app does not work well on android devices. I have to uninstall and re install daily just to use it. They should be upfront prior to purchasing door lock system that it doesn't work well with android. I have to use the app for work and it sucks.
