I was hoping to be able to change the timezone of the widget. That'll be more helpful for developers to have multiple widgets set to their servers' timezones.

I knew this widget had to exist somewhere! Finally found it, and it's great. It's just what you need... And you can customize the background color/opacity as well as text color. It's pretty perfect. And no ads! Five stars.
