Since the last update the app takes an inordinate amount of time to load. Also, why do I still see articles from weeks ago? The list of articles should update continuously throughout the day and maybe keep a couple of days worth at most. I know that there's more news out there than what appears on the app but I have to use another app to read it.

Needs work on the layout. It's also frustrating to open stories and only have video content. The writing in the stories could be a bit less bias and more descriptive.

When you click on the Breaking News alerts, there's no article there to read. The alerts sre useless, if you can't read the full story. Uninstalling the app. And keeps having errors.

Since the last update there are no articles accompanying the posts, and the video are in low resolution. What's the point?

The fancy new design is neat. However, you can only watch news videos and not read any articles. Completely useless.

Frustrating when you go to read an article with no luck. Feel like an idiot as I keep hitting screen trying to get article to open. Also, news alerts still can't be found when they flash on my screen. Oh, btw, nice to see you replying to your customers ABC7 letting us know you are working to correct the issue.

The news video does not play, only Eastern Car Commercials play over and over. I think it would be prudent to beta-test your apps prior to deployment. This release is very disappointing.

I would not call it "improved," nor would I say "better than ever." The old app was much better. I will check back in the future to see if you revert to it and reinstall then.

Says app not installed but my phone says it is so now I can't see the news or weather

This app is totally useless now. All I want to do is read the articles but they are nowhere to be found. All I can see are the titles of articles. . . *** UPDATE *** I'm not sure what happened but now I can read the articles. Still see some that look incomplete like there may be a video or other link that isn't there but it is much better than before.

its good to know what's happening but 2 problems:1) everything is always so bad looking. The photos and videos are low quality. And also 2) I'll get a notification, bit when I open the app and refresh , the notification headline isn't even there. Needs to be fixed

Sick of having to click or wait through the Eastern Car advertisements. Uninstalling and finding another local news app

I tap on them and nothing about the story or issue? If it continues then I'll delete the lame app...

It is inconceivably retarded that when I get a breaking news notification and I click on it, it does not open the app and take me to that story. Instead, it just takes me to the main page of the app... Really dumb. Most of the time, I can't even find that story!

Also seeing notifications but when I tap on them it only opens the app and the notification story is nowhere to be found? Not cool... pls fix or I will uninstall. (Galaxy S4)

I used to love this app, after the update it sucks. Now I get alert on my phone and when I click on it just take to the app and nothing there. If you are going to do and update try to make it better not worse.

Great updates

Hard to navigate, click on articles and nothing but the picture opens up, click on alerts and get directed to general articles, click on full site and get another version of mobile site... nothing works, zero Information avaliable from a news site... ???

keeps giving me notifications when i don't want them. went to settings and turned off but still giving me notifications

It is a constant source of frustration to receive a news alert and not be able to find it in the application. I'm on the verge of uninstalling the app and returning to NBC4.

Got the app for live news. Streaming not in app but in browser. Neither android or iOS support flash inherently anymore. What does a local news station app want with my GPS data?

The main thing I used the app for was traffic and it's not even on here now that the app updated and totally changed. I used it almost daily and now it sucks!

I thought I had downloaded the wrong update! This is not an update but rather a completely different product. There is no resemblance to the earlier version which I liked very much for its content, simplicity and easy navigation. Can you bring back the previous version as an alternative.

That was the best part of the app and now it's gone.

App just updated and now it doesn't work! Every time i select a story it goes into constant "loading". I liked the old much better. I just hate this piece of garbage. I will delete it right now! I just re-installed it again today and it still doesn't work! Just "loading, loading, loading". This app needs some serious fixing! Will uninstall again.
