I use this app mainly for remote/mobile deposits and checking my balances

The app provides a convenient way to deposit checks, pay bills, transfer money between accounts, etc.

I loved it till it just forgot my pin and shut me out!

Good app

The mobile deposit rarely works. It's the main reason I have the app on my phone at all. You can take a picture of your check, but can't approve or accept the photo to move on to the next step. Super frustrating. The quick login feature doesn't work either.

This app is very easy to use and it updates almost a minute after making a purchase.

I use these guys for banking, the app works.

Ease of use

The mobile deposit hardly works, though. It looks like the capture area on the screen is not actually what the camera takes- putting it in preview mode shows that the images are too close to the camera and cut the left and right sides off, so you have to take a really zoomed out photo. However, the rest of the app works well. --LG G5, Android 6.0.1

Please add in the ability to use the phone's fingerprint reader to log in

In the last 2 weeks, all I can do is view balances and transactions. Any other usage brings up a message stating "an unexpected error has occurred". Never realized there could be an "expected" error.

This app worked just fine, for a few days, but now it's telling me I need a newer version of Android. Really? It's great when it actually works.

Constantly getting error messages now, and they charge $15 per phone transaction to make a loan payment over the phone that I would not have to make if this app worked as it should. 3 loans adds up! Not happy currently, older version worked awesomely.

On par with a typical bank app. To really be of use I would love to be able to drop auto-updating widgets with balance(s) on my home screen..

So easy to navigate. Haven't had any problems yet.

Tablet vs phone, wifi vs data, doesn't make a difference

A few glitches and it's annoying to have to login everytime I open the app but it's a good start. At least its operational.

It works as advertised, but doesn't remember you. I have to login every single time, which is a hassle on a mobile device. Usaa and other banks apps are far more polished. This also potentially insecure.

Mobile deposit still doesn't work

Mobile bill pay is awesome.

Before the new update I could do transfers between my accounts but now there's only blanks where my accounts should be. I'd really appreciate it if it's fixed by the next update.
