Took me off m62 down to roundabout then back on m62. Couple of Frozen screens. Verbal instruction to late for turns.Once Lane guide shows green arrows on 2 right hand lanes then tells me to exit left at junction. Takes a longer route when you know the car route is good.

Customisable for my campervan's dimensions and weight, and the kind of road I can safely drive it on. Sits there and does all the work for me, also gives live traffic updates and re-routes in seconds when a delay is ahead

Absolute awful. It directed me to 2 hilly routes where caravans are actually banned in one case and marked as unsuitable in the other. (Sutton Bank, North Yorkshire & Chimney Bank, also North Yorkshire). At least I got a refund without any problem.

So this app worked for @ 300 miles for a journey from Kent to Cornwall in two legs. Parked up for one week - no-one touched the tablet in that time. For the journey home the app kept freezing - required several presses to re-start - and it seemed like it would only run for 10 mins or so (when moving). Taken one more star off - followed alk advice and problems returned. It seems they no longer want to help as I have had no replies to email. The app is no value to me but I guess they happy with my £40

Got the mail saying v10 is here so I downloaded it and it crashes so I reloaded it and it still crashes, When I checked Co-Pilot appears to be still at V9.6, not V10.0. Please sort it out because co-pilot is currently not work at the moment

You need to complete setup when either WiFi or data connection is available; once I had resolved this problem the APP worked well!

Just started using it and it refused to use a valid email address because it contained a hyphen Then I tried to cancel a map download and the app hung. Not oozing quality so far. Hopefully the navigation will be better.

Struggling Not as intuitive as Tom Tom but need the caravan / motorhome version so this is a less expensive option

Yesterday we wanted to go 18km from one village to another on a main road. For some reason we were given an almost 60km route setting off totally the opposite direction. No matter what we did the system wouldn't take us the shortest way. It also wanted to take us (Motorhome setting) down minor gravel tracks!

On paper it looks good, but why would I want it or need both Premium and Caravan? There is NO upgrade path. Decided to buy it and, after testing, immediately refunded. Why? Well it does not share map data with Premium, when you login to your CoPilot account it does not restore your places and, when you have signed into your CoPilot account you lose the promised 12 months free active traffic. What a shambles!

Use it mainly when towing caravan and seems to work well. Has a list of pre installed sites but not caravan club sites that I can see. Had installed on my old phone and re installed on new phone and seem to have problem with resetting forgotten password so I can download settings from saved settings on cloud but I can't. I have however reinstalled manually.
