البرنامج عباره عن عداد تنازلي مع عمليات حسابيه قريبه للدقه لموعد حلول المخصصات الشهريه.
كما يحتوي على معلومات عن تفاصيل المخصصات لكل فئه تندرج مع المبتعث الأساسي.
أيضا يحتوي على خاصية الإستعلام عن التاريخ الهجري.
