আল-ফিকহুল আকবর

প্রশংসা মহান আল্লাহর নিমিত্ত। সালাত ও সালাম তাঁর বান্দা ও রাসূল, তাঁর প্রিয়তম মুহাম্মাদ (ﷺ), তাঁর পরিজন, সহচর ও অনুসারীদের উপর।
প্রকৃতপক্ষে ইমাম আবূ হানীফা (রাহ) আকীদাকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়েছেন। আমরা দেখব যে, তিনি ফিকহ বিষয়ে কোনো গ্রন্থ রচনা না করলেও আকীদা বিষয়ে কয়েকটি পুস্তিকা রচনা করেছেন, আকীদা বিষয়ক জ্ঞানকে শ্রেষ্ঠ ফিকহ বা আল-ফিকহুল আকবার বলে আখ্যায়িত করেছেন এবং ফিকহী বিষয়ে ইজতিহাদ ও মতভেদের অনুমতি দিয়েছেন কিন্তু আকীদা বিষয়ে ইজতিহাদ ও মতভেদ নিষেধ করেছেন।
আল-ফিকহুল আকবারের ব্যাখ্যায় আকীদা বিষয়ে ইমাম আবূ হানীফা (রাহ)-এর মত জানতে তাঁর লেখা পুস্তিকাগুলো ছাড়া আরো দুটি গ্রন্থের উপর নির্ভর করেছি:
আল-ফিকহুল আকবারের অনুবাদ ও ব্যাখ্যা করতে যেয়ে দেখলাম যে, মুসলিম উম্মাহর বিভ্রান্তির উৎস ও বিষয়বস্ত্ত দ্বিতীয় শতকে যা ছিল বর্তমানেও প্রায় তা-ই রয়েছে। খারিজীগণের তাকফীর ও জিহাদ নামের উগ্রতা, জাহমী-মুরজিয়াদের মারিফাত ও ঈমান বিষয়ক প্রান্তিকতা, শীয়াগণের অতিভক্তি ও বাতিনী ইলমের নামে অন্ধত্ব এবং মুতাযিলীগণের বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিকতার নামে ওহীর অবমূল্যায়ন বর্তমান যুগেও একইভাবে উম্মাতের সকল ফিতনার মূল বিষয়। এগুলোর সাথে বর্তমান যুগে যোগ হয়েছে তাওহীদ বিষয়ক অজ্ঞতা ও শিরকের ব্যাপকতা। এ সকল ফিতনার সমাধানে সে যুগে ইমাম আবূ হানীফা ও অন্যান্য ইমাম যা বলেছেন বর্তমান যুগেও সেগুলোই আমাদের সমাধানের পথ দেখাবে। এ জন্য এ সকল বিষয়ে ফিকহুল আকবারের বক্তব্য ছাড়াও ইমাম আবূ হানীফা ও আহলুস সুন্নাত ওয়াল জামাআতের অন্যান্য ইমামের বক্তব্য বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেছি। স্বভাবতই এতে ব্যাখ্যার কলেবর বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে।
