ICE : Emergency Contact + for Android
In this application, you can save useful informations for rescue workers (allergy, medication, condition, identity, organ donor, blood type ...) and contact people "in case of emergency".
Thus, with only one click on your screen, send SMS alerts to all your saved contacts and call rescue workers immediately ! Your contacts will know where you are and will be able to help you !
Place a widget on your homescreen to alert your circle of contacts (compatible with alternative lockscreens like ScreenLocker).
This application was developped from the advice of an EMT.
List of permissions :
- Send SMS to contact your saved contacts when you need it
- Access your contact list to choose contacts
- Get GPS coordinates to help your saved contacts to find you in case of emergency
Private informations saved in your application belong exclusively to you and are only accessible by you on your Androphone.
If you have any notes (like spelling...), please contact me by mail. Thanks
This version is free of ads and you can enter an infinity of contacts.
Whilst I like the fact you can add so much detail, I agree with others re having the ability to add this to the lock screen. Any chance you could add this facility? Other than that, pretty good.
Apparently when I entered slightly longer text message (only 4 or 5 lines), the app will refuse to send out the sms and crash often. I'm using the paid version.
I only found out by accident how bad this app is. It was a good thing it wasn't a real emergency or I may have we'll list my life. I'm not sure if the fault is in my phone or application. But if you need something like this don't take a chance get lifeline or another emergency device they have one for as low as 14 a month and lifeline has it's own app as we'll as a keychain device. Your life is not wort it. Spend more than 2 or 3 bucks and get the real deal.
Ok, I installed the free version and found I was limited to two contacts so paid for the full version. The drawback is that I can only list four medications when I take 6 different meds a day. This bug in the medication list needs to be fixed.
Evidently, the shortcomings found by some have been corrected, or were specific to their 'phone, as all functions seem to operate for me. I do agree that the addition of a photo ID and larger edit window would be good, and I have suggested the addition of a category for showing Doctors and their 'phone numbers. I have recommended this to all of my family.
But only works if you don't keep your phone locked.
I love the app, but a major drawback is it's limitations on the number of meds you can add. I need to add more than 5 meds. How do I get a refund?
Won't let you enter more than 4 medications. So glad I wasted my money.
Good app. Allow calling directly from CONTACTS, add pic for positive ID, and a larger edit window; then 5 stars! Love small memory footprint!!
I liked the free version, especially the ability to place an icon on the lock screen. I needed the ability to include more meds and contacts than the free version allowed, so I purchased the paid version. Unfortunately, it was a step backwards. Free version is 1.4, paid version is 1.3. The main help screen encourages users to upgrade to paid version. No ability to install on lock screen. I would like to import my medication list, and to have my picture and contacts pictures in list, and list for doctors.

Must have app. Paid for it to support the dev. Great support. Installs to SD. Should overwrite the free app. Doesn't remember data when changing phones.
As an asthmatic this app is a lifesaver - has all relevant info for the emergency services so I received the required treatment
Great since I have allergies to medication and preexisting injuries.
Excellent application i used this yesterday within minutes my emergency contacts were there with me
