10-12-2016 @ 5:52 PM/ "Ride from a2b" is the best local transportation service in Clayton County GA and Mr. Alex is a very reputable businessman. He is friendly, courteous, prompt, and a safe and conscientious driver who charges excellent rates for his fares, and he has worked diligently to provide a user-friendly app for his customers. But then again, some folk are never satisfied. They would still complain even if they sat in an easy chair, tasting pies all day. So don't scam or try to get over on him.

My first experience was great. The driver arrived on time at my pickup location. We stayed in contact. And i also arrived early to work. Also this service is very affordable. And love the option of paying by cash. Great job!

This is the most unorganized business I've ever dealt with... The have no sense of urgency...I have been waiting on them on numerous occasions and ended up using a taxi instead...

As with any new app, you will go through growing pains. For people that gave a low rating. It is perfectly understandable to have an opinion, but if you rate a 1 star for the one time we could not provide service as you wanted, what about the other 20 times that we did. What about when we took less money or allowed you to pay us later, or didn't charge the full amount because you needed a little help. We are not perfect, but we strive to be amazing everyday.
