Introduction
Service-Wala App works as a bridge in between customer and Vander. The Vander are registered with service wala app and the customers are accessing the services provided by the venders.
The app will give a better and simple interface to interact with its entire client and the idea to increase the employability of local vendor and provide quick service to customer.

How to use Service-wala App
Customer : Sign-in – Give details – Search service required – select available vendor – send service request – deal with vendor – take work done – give feedback of vendor – go for next service request
Vendor : Sign-in – Give details – add services – new request may arrive from customer– deal with customer – accept request – serve customer – take feedback – go for next service
Additional option :
Report any issue : customer and vendor can report any issue to service-wala app. If issue is serious and not manageable , vendor or customer may be black listed from service – wala app.
Put an advertisement : The vendor can send request for advertisement in the main home screen of customer and specific service page. It will increase the probability of selected by customers for the services. The advertisement will charge a minimum cost for specified duration. After getting the service request the serviced-wala app representative will contact and finalized the deal.
