서울 시내·외의 아름다운 야경사진을 스마트폰을 이용해 감상할 수 있다. 사용자 간의 야경 정보를 교환하고, 자신의 야경 사진을 올려서 같이 공유 할 수 있다.

또한 서울시 대기현황 API 정보를 통해 사용자가 좀 더 아름다운 서울의 야경을 볼 수 있도록 돕고 또한 사용자의 건강을 스마트하게 챙겨준다.
