Mobile sim SMS (used for personnel) sent will be received by mobile users with the ten digit mobile number as sender id and it will work for 24Hrs as per TRAI regulation.

Promotional SMS (used for sending promotional activites etc)sent will be received by mobile users with the system generated numeric sender id for eg. LM-526689 and it will work between 9 AM to 9 PM as per TRAI regulation.

Transactional SMS (used for sending information to registered clients/customer) sent will be received by mobile users with the system sender id for eg. LM-ALERTS and it will work for 24Hrs as per TRAI regulation. SMS will be delivered to DND Subscribers also SMS with 160 characters = 1 Credit

If you send sms (text message) from mobile sim,charges for SMS will be as per the mobile plan taken by the subscriber.
If you send sms (text message or pre recorded voice call) charges will be applicable as per api links charges
You can send messages from all over the globe to India and send sms to anyone in India (For only Indian number)
Transactional sms & voice service needs approval from service provider, for this subscriber require to provide documentation undertaking form on your company Latter head,Sample Templates, subscription details etc as per requirement. If the service provider rejects you will not be permitted to use the transactional services & no claim will given.
