LIDS

Used to be one of my favorite companies. Between this app that never works and various other online issues Im really running out of reasons to deal with them.

It reads network error as soon as you open app. I've reinstalled numerous times, all my other apps work fine. I used to love the LIDS app. Hope they fix it ASAP

I am having trouble logging and it doesn't let me anything due to network error of some sort.

I have tried for months to use this app with no success at all. Keeps saying network area. Talk about a company that care or give a crap.

The app wont let you log in most of the time and it keeps crashing.

For the last month I have uninstalled reinstalled uninstalled so many times and have been now ordering elsewhere because of this problem. I just now tried again and still has an error message when you try to open it. Please fix this bug and I will come back and give a 5.

Always says network error. I will have to get my hats somewhere else.

The app almost never reflects sales or specials mentioned in emails. Searching is difficult at best. The layout and functionality is clunky and hard to follow. The inventory in the app doesn't always reflect the inventory on the Web site. This is a frustrating app to use.

The only message I get is a network error - as soon as the app is opened and I try to create an account. I think I should be able to give it NO STARS. It is useless. Don't download; I'm deleting it.

Im receiving the same network error message. I have emailed the company about it because they have lost business from me not to mention all the other customers. Customer service has NEVER responded to any of my emails, phone calls or written letters... what a joke!!!!

As I see many people have been saying this app stopped working a long time ago and just says network error... I even uninstalled and redownload it thinking that maybe the app I had was obsolete but no... Does the same thing

This app just doesn't work. I keep deleting and downloading and it keeps saying network error. It has to be the app, because it works fine when I go through the Internet.

I wanted to use this app but when I got on it says there was a network error please try again and it won't let me skip either. Please help me

App is fine for browsing, but won't always allow me to log on to my acct.

Some network error is keeping me out not happy about this issue and it has been a couple days

All I get is a 'Network Error'. I really hope they didn't pay too much to have this app developed.

It was a great app back when you could use it. It's been down for at least five months.

I was hoping this would be a truly naive way to browse inventory, but the majority of this app is a simple WebView -- frustrating.

What happened to the app cant login network error ??

I can't even sign up or atleast skip the sign up process. I can't even take a look or order some hat I honestly expected more WTF

As all others have said this app doesn't work...says network issue I'm assuming at this point lids has stop support for the app.

Whats the point of having an app if it doesn't work, Lids??? Youre making me want to bring my business else where.

And it's sad to see them ignoring all of these complaints and not fixing the app. If you are not going to fix it, take it down.

App hasn't worked in a while always crashes. Wish I could use it instead of having to use my browser. Will never let you get past the log in screen. Will rate 5 stars when fixed

It wont let me either log in, make and account or just press the skip option.

Its frustrating to try and log in because once you're done with the login information and hit login it pops up with some type of error message.

What is the point of having the app to download when it doesn't work.

This app doesn't work at all. It won't allow you to log in or anything. Would recommend no one to download. Waste of phone space.

I love lids but the app sucks and doesn't work and buying online with this company they send the wrong item a lot I would stick with going to the store not online
