نبذة موجزة:
التراكم الكمي للمعرفة والخبرة التي اكتسبتها على مر السنين,وكذلك الممارسة العملية التي اتيحت لي من خلال شغل العديد من المهام والمسئوليات في قطاعات عمل مختلفة ساهمت مجتمعة وبشكل فاعل في تطوير قدراتي ومهاراتي الإدارية ,وشكلت الأساس للدور القيادي الذي ما زلت أنهض به كرئيس ومسئول تنفيذي أول بشركة رائدة. تركز عملي بشكل خاص في مجال الخدمات العقارية. وتملك الشركات العاملة في مجال العقارات التي امثلها في الوقت الراهن قاعدة واسعة من الخدمات تشمل إعداد دراسات الجدوى والتصاميم الهندسية وإدارة المشاريع فضلا عن خدمات التسويق والتأجير وإدارة المرافق والعقارات.

الخبرات العملية
من: 01 أكتوبر 2001م وحتى تاريخه
 الرئيس والمسئول التنفيذي الأول للمجموعة العربية للخدمات
المكتب الرئيسي ،الخبر
وبالتوازي مع ذلك أعمل كرئيس ومسئول تنفيذي أول للشركة العربية للخدمات العقارية والشركة السعودية للخدمات والتشغيل وشركة الكرم فيديكس للخدمات بالخبر، وشركة الكرم العربي للتجهيزات الغذائية.
 أتولى وبشكل مستمر مسئولية إصدار القرارات وتقديم تقارير عن الأوضاع بالسوق وتحديد الخطط والاستراتيجيات بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العليا. ووضع الخطط الخاصة بتنفيذ المشاريع الكبيرة بنظام تسليم مفتاح بغية زيادة هامش الربح للشركة. وتطوير العقارات فضلا عن عمليات التشغيل والصيانة وتنفيذ المشروعات الطويلة الأمد الخاصة بالمواد الغذائية والمرطبات.
وتبلغ قيمة المشاريع التجارية حتى 240 مليون ريال سعودي فيما تصل قيمة المشاريع الصناعية حدود مبلغ 4ر1 مليار ريال سعودي إلى جانب عمليات تطوير متعددة للبنية الأساسية تغطي منطقة جغرافية تزيد مساحتها على 1 مليون متر مربع ومنطقة جغرافية اخرى تبلغ مساحتها 4 مليون متر مربع.
تم بفضل الله تعالى في مطلع عام 2012 تفرغي وتسخير خبرتي السابقة في مجال شركات العائلات والاستثمار في المجال العقاري لمجالات أحبها وأحتسبها عند الله لآخرتي.وهي الوقف وما يتعلق به في استراتيجيات الصرف في أوجه الخير , ومن خلال هذا التخصص عملت في المسؤوليات التالية :

• العضو المنتدب للمعهد الدولي للوقف
• عضو مجلس إدارة شركة سليمان الراجحي للاستثمار العقاري ( الوقفي )
• المجلس الوقفي لجمعية تحفيظ القرآن الكريم
• مجلس إدارة مشورة الهندسية
• عضو لجنة أوقاف الغرفة التجارية الصناعية بالشرقية
• مستشار وقف جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن
• عضو مجلس إدارة مجالس تنفيذية لعدد من الشركات داخل وخارج المملكة العربية السعودية منذ 14 سنة.
• عضو بالجمعية الأميريكية للإدارة ,نيوريوك  - الولايات المتحدة الأميريكية منذ يونيو 1986م.
• عضو بمجلس إدارة معهد الإدارة الصناعية وتقنية المعلومات بالظهران – المملكة العربية السعودية.
