Aplikasi ini berusaha membantu penyandang tunanetra dalam:
1. Mengetahui informasi pasangan calon walikota
2. Memilih calon walikota
3. Melihat perolehan sementara suara pasangan calon

Untuk poin pertama data diambil dari situs resmi KPU Surabaya, sementara poin ke dua dan ketiga adalah quick count khusus untuk aplikasi ini.

Perlu diperhatikan aplikasi ini hanya berisi Voice Only / Voice Command / Speech Recognition, sehingga komponen UI tidak memiliki banyak fungsionalitas. Kecuali pada pengisian nama dan no. KTP yang harus diperhatikan oleh panitia KPU This application seeks to help people with visual impairment in:
