Can no longer get my tracker to pair it my phone. Not fun
Using the activity tracker and it all works. Would like to connect to Samsung health and have auto sleep detection but for the money it's good value.

I wasn't able to install on my earlier phone because it wasn't a later phone. Instructions require it to be a android with a 4.3 version or higher. Once I purchased a phone with a android of 4.4 and updated to marshmellow 6.0 the heart rate device worked fine. I suggest to everyone to get the new devices for activity to work you need a newer version of at least 4.3 version phone. It is working great. also, you must use cranes app on your phone to find your device. Do not use your bluetooth program directly. Once in, select the crane device you purchased from the many devices they offer.
Works reliably with my wrist band when the instructions are carefully followed. However, it would benefit hugely from some simple improvements; Ability to set the alarm on specific days (I currently have to remember to switch it off on a Friday and then on again on Sunday evening) Alarm should go off within a time window when I'm awake or in light sleep only, not just at the specific time I set. If the alarm is set and battery is critical then it should enter a low power mode (i.e. stop logging) so that the alarm can go off when needed. Other than that I find it very useful.
Extremely clunky app. Worked as intended with my scale the first few days. Then couldn't connect anymore. You guys should work on getting a reliable product before publishing anything. I'm disappointed. Hope you update soon.
I had an older version of this app & it worked like a charm. I never had any problems. I just updated the app today & it can't connect with my scale. Gets stuck on "Processing...." Please fix asap & allow for different users to use the app on one phone or make it work on an Android tablet please!
Using app with the watch. Love the watch, the app not so much. Had to do a reset on my phone and app wouldn't let me log in, emailed support & got no reply. Had to re register (using identical information) but as it wouldn't let me simply log in all the last 4 months of data has been lost.
Managed to get pass login screen eventually by filling all the fields (*____) App works more or less as I expected. I've nothing to compare it with but everything works and the data is understandable (****_).
Useless app, it won't connect to the watch even with the latest update and there is no way of adjusting the settings on the watch itself. Crane obviously didn't design and test this product properly!
Doesn't work no matter how much you try! It will not connect with app, useless! Aldi s should be ashamed.They usually have very reliable products, taking both mine back tomorrow,.
Never had an issue until I had to reset my phone. Now I can't login to my account or register a new one. Can't use the app until I have done one or the other. Tried to get on the website and get "The specified CGI application encountered an error and the server terminated the process " WTF.
Works alright with my device. Likes to disconnect to regularly. MAY I POINT OUT THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE BLUETOOTH ENABLED AND VERSION 4+ OF BLUETOOTH FOR IT TO WORK. Sony Xperia E5 Using aldis "analogue smartwatch" . . . . . . . (edit) the app stopped working
Phone updates break the app but its fixed quick.Pair though the app not though bluetooth on the phone and all should be fine.Been useing tracker.scales.blood presure for a year. Cant load website since last few days just says "The specified CGI application encountered an error and the server terminated the process." and app on the phone just loops sasying syncing data.. Week later still cant sync data from phone app and website wont load on all browsers. If it cant work i shall be wanting a refund on all these things i have bought .
Couldn't even register as the app said no Internet connection which is rubbish. Took back to Aldi and swapped for a new one. Registered this time but now the watch is stuck on pairing. Absolute garbage.
I registered and all that but when i logged in for the first time the app closed on me. I cant get it to open back up. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Same results. From the looks of other comments, your programmers need to get back on their game or youre going to start losing a lot of money to the brands that do work without any bumps.
Happy with it. Took a few attempts to get connected to internet. That is why I gave it 4 stars .Finally managed it. Update. How do I change the time on watch now that Summer time is here
There are problems with the app and with their server. The app says I have no internet connection which is not true. Using a computer I try to log in to their server and the server replies with...The specified CGI application encountered an error and the server terminated the process. The product is useless without the app because you cannot connect via Bluetooth without the app. A total waste of money and my time !
I had problems with this app but now it pairs and works . It was not the phone or the watch it turns out my Norton antivirus interferd with the connection removed its device admin settings now no problem
Analog smart watch connected but time not synchronized. Followed exactly how it was explained in the manual as well as in FAQ. Dont know its the app or phone any way ,Waste of money on carne smart watch . Unfortunately lost the receipt to get the refund.
Analogue smart watch fresh from box,charged and ready to go.Read instructions had no luck registering from app..Phone error message displayed no internet when clearly there was.wasted a couple of hours then registered via website on PC.followed link,entered details exactly as required.tried then to sign in on phone app but app kept crashing and looping back to crane connect.I then uninstalled ,reinstalled.Same outcome.repated this four time ....Still same result.Not what I was expecting.Please sort it out.
This is an update of my review. Was originally 1 star because I was unable to login and initiate the app. This is now resolved and my analogue watch links to the app okay. However still some niggles. The magnet on the charger is weak and the charger cable is not very flexible, so you have to place the watch where the cable wants to go otherwise it disconnects from the watch. The steps counter has an error margin of +10%-13% (in my case). I asked if the watch firmware could be updated to compensate for regular drops in the Bluetooth connection, even at close proximity. No feedback about my request and I can't use the app to check for a firmware update because it tells me I have no internet connection on every occasion.

I really like the new functions, especially customising the home screen. But the software still, after all these years, handle a Daylight Saving Time change.
A message has come up DO NOT connect via blue tooth ? Contact customer services for info???? What's going on?
Garbage app garbage device. Won't pair despite following on screen instructions telling you to do it through app settings.
Claims my email is registered. So I try login and it says I have the wrong email or password but I don't because I literally just created it. So I tried having it reset my password and it won't even send the email, even tho the email is typed correctly. Been trying to set the app up for over two hrs.
Please fix the 2017 bug. Its very annoying on the Bluetooth scales application. Also the scales will not connect to a nougat phone
Cannot connect to app. I've tried everything. I've turned my phone off and back on, turned the watch off and back on, updated the app and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked. I've only had it since January 6th and it stopped working on February 5th.
Logging issues Everytime I log out to allow my partner access it refuses to log in for either of us unless it is un installed and re installed again. Very poor!
Buggy. Firstly i can pair with my scale, but after a while its stops working, then i unable to re-pairing, even if i uninstall the application. After reinstall and login, did not download the earlier datas... I lost my history. The when need account and login? Stuck in syncing, drain battery
It was really confusing at first to get it to pair with my phone, but once I got my Bluetooth figured out with the right device I had no problem! !!
I bought this on Jan 4 and it worked just fine on my LG treasure smartphone. Then they updated the app Jan 18 and I can no longer sync my activity tracker. Will have to return for a refund.

Wont work...says my user name is wrong but there is no option for a user name...uninstalling and taking monitor back
The latest version has some bugs where if you select imperial, it keeps alternating the distance in both miles and km. The firmware update option is broken as it says there is no internet.........if these here fixed it will be pretty good.

Worthless. I had almost 5000 steps in and when I checked the app, not only did it not sync, but it reset my tracker. Halfway through the day and it says I'm at 240.
