TV Listings on Comcast

It doesn't seem to do anything for me. All I get is a black screen with no options. When I hit the menu button to enter my service area, my keyboard pops up but nothing displays on the screen. It's still just a black screen. Also when I hit the refresh button it says could not contact servers (over wifi). I wonder if this app is still supported by the devs. (LG Optimus F6)

There is absolutely no caching and no saved settings meaning each time you open the app you need to re enter zipcode, select service and re-download the entire list even if you opened it within a minute. On top of that you can't cancel the download. It'd be useful if it cached the list, allowed you to set how far into the future it should retrieve, updated the view-panel in realtime, saved the user zipcode or allowed us to pick which previously viewed list to open, and allowed updating of single channels.

This app just gives you a blank screen. The app is not made by Xfinity so there you go. Don't waste your time downloading it

People are ranting about this horrible app from Comcast, lol. This app is not developed by Comcast. Its an average app. Only tells you what is currently playing. No frills. Not horrible. But room to improve, defintely.

after the download, the only screen i get is completely black. I rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same black screen appears

It ask you to put in your zip code and nothing. I've tried numerous zip codes to make sure. Still nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Like everyone says. This app is useless. A single screen comes up for your zip code. You enter it, but nothing happens. Useless app.

This is why I hate updates. First it worked fine, now it won't show anything. Here's an idea, if it's not broke, don't fix it

It has potential to be better. You can only see what is on right now and I want to see what will be coming on. Needs a lot of work

This will answer what's on right now hell I can tell you what I'm looking at how about what is coming on, but then to some this may be very informative. I wonder if this person wrote an app to tell you what was on. Now that in my book would rate a double duh

C'mon Google... Your service is really getting crappy. If I wanted nothing but pop ups, spam and advertising, I'd switch to AOL... Oh wait, they died because of this kind of crappy service.

Kitkat - get only black screen and ads. Program reports cannot contact server. Gave up and uninstalled.

Just a blank screen. Pops up with the numeric pad for your zip code but nothing happens. Waste of time.

Reinstalled three times. Could not get listing after enter zip code. I installing again

After Tvgn got rid of what's on I don't know what's on until now

Like others have said. Enter in your zip code and nothing happens. Use to have this app and It worked great. Reset my phone and re downloaded it and the new version sucks. Please fix this.

Some of us have multiple tvs and only one receiver. I was hoping to filter by channel, sports etc. Only shows what is on now. Lousy app. For the money you take in from subscribers comcast..... you could do better. Make this work like it should!

Comcast is a shining example of why government needs to stay out of commerce. If it wasn't for government regulations, Comcast would have gone the way of Ma Bell years ago. Don't bother with this worthless App and don't bother with Comcast if you can help it.

I have a TV with basic cable with no preview channel. Exactly what I needed

Initially after entering my zip code it did not display anything. I tapped the three dots in the upper right hand corner and chose choose service. then re-entered my zip code and it displayed comcast digital and non digital choices. the television listing appeared when I selected the digital option. The downside is I did not see how to select only HD channels

When it works its nice, but to be able to see more than just what's on now would be nice. Also often takes several minutes to load. With some work, this would be great

This app is great if you want to see whats playing right this second... might as well just hit guide on your remote... no searching by show or channel, no reminder... nothing but whats playing right now... id like to say im shocked comcast would put out such a completely useless program... but being comcast im surprised it even installed... go f**k yourself comcast

I do like that the episode names are included for some of the shows. That being said, this is much less than what TV Guide offers. Oh, and if you want to see what's on in the next few minutes to an hour, slide your finger on a specific station line from right to left. Many stations have no more (future/next) info, however.

At first I tried to search with my zipcode but nothing happened then i hit search without typing in my zipcode then it brought up all kinds of areas then I typed in my zipcode with all the areas up and it brought up my area .

Ok zip codes don't work it looks like a 12 year old made the app for show and tell at school and spent 20 minutes to make it on his phone on class
