Time Planner - Schedule, To-Do List, Time Tracker for Android
I've tried a good many apps to keep track of my routines. This app has all the things at one place. It would've been perfect if only it had long note taking ability so I could also uninstall my diary app ;) ... But it's given a lot other things which have vast range of being modified according to my personal needs and that's why it's a really great app.
I've just started using this app and it works very well for me, I love all the features in the free version. Especially the logging and stats. Looking into getting pro. But it took me quite awhile to learn how to use the app. Apart from the help site, perhaps for first time users there can be a tutorial mode like when you click on something a description pops up. I have also tried to edit a specific repetition of a ritual (eg intent repeated on mondays, but i want to change it for a specific monday only) but seems it can't be done. It'd be grest to make that possible.
This app integrates task list with time planning and tracking. It is different than most of the major time tracking/to do list. I like it but I don't think it is ready yet. First, it urgently needs a tab for to do list, similar to logging and control, preferably sorted by due day. Second the English translation needs to be improved. For example, the name of "intend" is confusing, would it be clearer to be "planning"? Third it would be much better if the app is also launched on other platforms, ie pc. This is a productivity app, and still lots of people do work on their laptop. I this this app is promising but it needs to be improved, and improved quickly. It is not difficult for a large company use the idea on their existing, well developed products.
I really wanted to like this app, but I'm a reasonably intelligent person and this is the first app ever I found too confusing to use. If I have to read a wiki on how to use it I'm uninstalling it. Maybe it was translated to English and they did a terrible job of it, or they just decided to use words that made the app unintuitive
I love it. It has all I need to manage my daily life resources and many options to customize your plan. I have problem wtih in-app purchase for pro version.
Such a nice app! It takes some time to figure out how the various terms come together. Still working on it, but I will definitely give it a try. So I agree with other reviewers that it needs more guidance at the beginning. It is complex and it would be a shame to scare first-timers off. It really seems worth a shot. It is cute, seems elastic and powerful. The info graphics would be great, Oleksandr. Wiki is good, but it is slightly repetitive. What I miss most is a glossary, or complete list of terms and functions used in the app, with the icons associated with them. And so, I have spent some time playing around with app, learning from wiki. I think it would indeed be nice to be able to see all your tasks. Google calendar as well. And another thing. I was bought by the idea of the pomodoro timer, which is what I really need. Yet I have managed to trigger it just once so far. I don't remember how. I have been searching for it and can't find it. Can't find anything about it in settings or in wiki or forum. Can you please tell me how to use it? If you get to work more on this timer - it might be less rigid, and allow pausing or quitting with the time loggeg being saved with the task. I will update once I get to know it better in actual practice. Anyway, wow! Congratulations. Great job. I am blown that there's just the 2 of you working on it. Kudos!
Not being able to plan future events as a default ability is kind of a fail. A free trial is nice, but I didn't want to sign up to try something that should already be available.
I think this app is the one I've been looking for, for a really long time just had one question there are two types of activities during the day those u may not want to do it at all or a little such as checking cellphone etc. N those that if u do it more than that specific limit is considered as success such as studying is there any option to seprerate these two categories? N when u complete one activity N want to measure how much time u exceeded that task how u can do it? If it is available tell me N another question how can I purchase the pro version I'm confused maybe u need to show with another YouTube video ???? Overall really thank u for this wonderful app you've saved my life hope kt gets better every day Good luck!
I love the app. It helps me keep track of my time that I spend. It would be nice if there was a way to log time retro-actively, like previous days.
Help!! I can't see any of my intents or events or anything but reminders on the calendar! Please help, I really really want to love this app!!!
This app has increased my focus and productivity. There is a steep leaning curve, but I feel it worth it. The ability to pull events from my calendar would be a nice addition.
All i was looking for was s 24 hour day log to track activities of the day. I downloaded youtube video by the creater explaining the app, but still no help. Too compli
I want to know if this can sync with Google Calendar. If it can, I think this is the perfect app!!!!
I used to offline its nice and your goals are winning depending upon time. So, time management its opp very use. Also its used our category wise so..very nice
All around terrible
It should be more functionable
It's a great App for scheduling one's time!
superb work
That's great!!!
Its great.
Nice App
Useful
This is the most focused, lightweight, cute, intuitive app for keeping *your* focus on what *you need to do* in order to reach your desired set of habits with the most optimum format in your day that will work for you. But I have a problem with the widget. I think it works like an app shortcut, instead of a widget which gives direct access without having to open the app. I'd like to have different widget buttons which I can directly access logging of tasks. Thank you.
I am new to this app but love it. I still don't know all the things it can do but I am learning. For the people who say it is not intuitive, remember how we had to learn to use word, excell, etc. Those and many programs that are in our everyday life's also had a learning curve and now we don't think twice when we use them. Well this app is the same. Give it a chance and don't be afraid to learn something new.
Just WOW Not only is the app efficient, but it also looks gorgeous! And NO ADS! This is truly amazing. Thank You developer, so, sooo much! It takes a bit time to get used to but generally, it's easy. It has so many options, customisations, subcategories, lists, tasks... it's sleek, nice pastel colours, just WOW! Than You again, so much, I'm so happy I found this app.
This app is extremely good and can be considered as a replacement of Google Calendar, because of the number of features. But you need to enable monthly recurring reminders/intents with more options like last Thursday or 3rd Thursday of the month. Kindly request you to please provide this feature as an update.
This is a great app, I've been looking for something to be able to track my time usage and my consistency creating new habits, this app is flexible, powerful and easy to use once you get it. It took me a whole evening to get how to use it, it'd be great if you add a step by step tutorial in-app or a walking through or a getting started. The harder part for me was understanding the relationship between activities and tasks/intents. The videos in YouTube and the wiki were very helpful but again, it took me a while to get it. Great tool. Using this app for the years to come.
Sucks, not intuitive, no help. If there is a particular paradigm that you need in order to schedule tasks, that should be explained somewhere.
I tried at least 20 apps in this category and finally I find the one to keep! For me the most attractive points are: 1. With most other apps I have to choose exact start time to add a task. But this app gives me option to put certain time value in a timeslot, like study 1 hour on Tue evening, or run 5 km sometime on Sat. This is more practical in real life: I cannot plan everything into small details in advance but would like to put it in as a placeholder and adjust it based on the situation on that day. This app meets the need perfectly. 2. The Activity-Task-subtask layout meets my need for complicated project planning. With this app I can assign time to subtasks and get total time for the project. Then I can review total time on each project to optimize time allocation. 3. The drag and drop design is very handy. With this function I can brainstorm tasks, type them in first, and put them in structure later. In short, I think the designer is really thoughtful! A few suggestions on improvement: 1. Invest more on marketing. I cannot believe this app does not show on any "Top xx blabla app" articles I searched for. It's definitely worth more attention. 2. Would be great to sync with Google calendar. 3. I cannot find a way to remove an intent from logging. For example I put "Sleep" as an activity with daily intent only because I want to allocate out all 24 hours and review the statistics chart. But now I have to log "Sleep" everyday, which is a bit funny. 4.Would be great to allow intent time value in a week or month period, such as study French 5 hours a week. That gives people more flexibility while still stick to the plan.
I really want to like this, but it falls short. It has great features for planning a schedule or setting goals, and you can log data related to these goals, but the app is terrible at bringing these two things together. It's difficult to see planned vs actual for any given goal or activity, it's impossible to see any data bases in category (why have categories if you can't do this?), and you can't see a daily or schedule of what you have actually logged. Too many things are missing, and it's too bad because I thought this would be the app to bring together features other apps were missing.
The timer bubbles are such a great feature! The ability to see pi charts of a previous day's tasks is cool. Not sure if it is possible to view a pi chart for a longer period (like a week) but that would be cool if they added that. I wish the category icon appeared in the timer bubbles as well, (but smaller than the activity icon)
There's just one thing that I don't know how to deal with ..when I try to click in order to purchase 1 year or 3 months of the pro version a "please retry in a few seconds " keeps showing up ..it's been 3 days ????
There is alot to love here, it's very well made & thoughtful! If only there was a possibility to connect/ import events through Google calendar & choose to have continued reminders on specific days/time, I'd definitely go with this one.
With so many function, it's hard to use But unlike other apps It have references It so convenient My first favourite apps So easy to use after few tries
Absolutely awesome! I was totally confused when I got it and had to look up a couple tutorials and fiddle with it all day but once I did and put in all my routines, goals, and scattered to-do lists it became absolutely incredible! Should really have a comprehensive built-in tutorial but to my understanding it's still in active development. Could also use a few features like seeing all of my tasks (to-do items) in one place and drag'n'dropping said tasks into my schedule but already great as it is. Would highly reccomend putting in the time to figuring this out. A few other things I would like to see: I wish there were a dedicated location field for intents that connected to a map. There's another productivity app I like but not as much that shows a map (via google maps) with all of the locations you've attached to your tasks. That lets me plan out my goals, time, and location/route! Also I want all 24 hours filled out so I had to put sleep and eating and bathing in as rituals, which is fine. But now my statistics graph shows me putting almost 2/3rds of my time into sleeping and eating and bathing! This is technicall true but I just want statistics on my 'free' hours not on things I literally have to do to survive. I also don't want things I do everyday to show up on my monthly calendar since I know I'm going to do them anyway (like eating, sleeping, martial arts practice). It would be nice to just see unusual stuff I'm going to be doing. All of these issues could be resolved by being able to mark rituals/goals as showing up on statistics and monthly calendar. Maybe have it on by default but able to turn off. Also it could use multi-day events so I can block out traveling or camping trips. All-in-all love it, thanks for your dedication.
Way to complicated or you have to pay to get basics. No thanks.
I've been using this for almost a year, and it is about as perfect a time management app as you could hope for. It is great for habit tracking, too. Very versatile!
Me parece bom, mas tem muitas funções que parecem ser úteis. Mas não existe tutorial nem vídeo explicando os detalhes do app. Que pena! Parece que seria útil pra mim...
How many apps I installed to find something like this; and how cute it is; thanks for your small but wonderful team :) y'r great :)

Although I have just installed it before an hour and still exploring it, I am totally floored! I am sure that this app is going to change the way I plan my day. I never write reviews for apps, but I thought of writing one for this app. The interface may look difficult at first but after checking the given links, it is pretty clear. And it has got fabulous options to customize everything. Hats off to the developers for such brilliant idea.
