For me, it was not fully functional. Term and semester Classes and current grades were downloaded, but not individual assignments (or their grades). That makes it not a viable option.

Scorescope is simple and easy. You don't have to do much and Scorescope just shows you your grades and assignments. However, it won't work if you don't have WiFi or data.
