• In addition to being able to unlock the door from the Doorbell Camera screen in the middle of a call, you can now disarm the security system too. You’re also able to re-lock the door at the end of the call.

The app has added a lot of nice features, and is a great way to interface with the system. Only problem I have is the notifications of an alarm event don't provide any details about what triggered the alarm.

Everything works as expected but would like to see the battery percentage for locks on the app instead of actually logging into website and would love to see support for the Samsung watch since it's already a big hit on apples watch!

We wore broken into about two weeks ago so getting a alarm was 1st on my list. I called other companies and wasn't happy. Once I called Vector Mr.Micky came out right away and did the paper work and by the following Monday we were good. The service tech was nice and had us set up in 30mins. I would offer this too everyone. Great app easy to use!

Pretty cool stuff. Basically turned my home into a smart home. I can remotely unlock my house and turn on the lights. I can also monitor my AC. Cool app, works very well.

Don't get me wrong, when the app works it's AWESOME but other times I HATE that I have to uninstall then reinstall it just to get my system to arm/disarm... Please make it better!

So far I'm unimpressed. This app need some serious fixes.

As I am looking at my images it keeps logging in and out on its own, does not automatically upload pictures all the time and changes images and deletes them on its own. Keyfob didn't secure doors. Could walk into house without any alarm going off. Cameras worked when they wanted to. Came in and out my home while arming by panel only captured picture of me coming and going but when a alarm was set off says captured image ( None ) useless!!! Have had since July they still can't fix the problem!
