Fluent Home for Android
Mainly leaving this review to say that a representative from fluent came to my home and offered my parents a "better deal" and that they were taking over contracts for vivint in our town because vivint couldnt take care of the cutomers in our area. This is not true, and whoever the guy is from fluent that lied to my parents, had them sign a false document on his tablet to only take over their two year contract and offer a better deal. In reality they signed my parents up for a 72 month contract while their vivint contract remains open. They had told my parents they would contact vivint and take care of all that, blatantly lying to them. This is pathetic and unacceptable, as my parents were double contracted and are now working with a member of the law department to save themselves from being charged for a phony deal. They provided us with no physical contract to sign and no paper or electronic confirmation documents to say what had taken place. This whole mess just happened because my parents were caught off guard and swayed by fluent and we are determined to make sure that others know so that no one else gets caught in this scam. Why this company would even allow this in the first place is beyond me but believe me we will go to whoever, including the better business bureau and maybe local news, about this crazy mess to make sure that fluent is put on the spot and held accountable for this.

They are not prompt with billing. They will send one bill that reflects A late payment then it's A double bill. I wish we had never left ADT, cause frankly this company sucks.

My friends and family love that they dont have to wait for me to get to the door to just come on in! One thing that I would suggest is to add administrative features, so that we dont have to really deal with the control panel. It's possible for better UI within an app than the standalone unit. Thanks for a great product.
The app is pretty user friendly compared to most. I liked the deal they were offering with cameras at the door that I can talk thorough thanks fluent and dj for hooking me and my house up
It does not give any notification as I cross the 'Geo Fence', that I have not set the alarm. But instead only give me a notification that I've forgot to set the alarm when I get back home.-Pointless Also I've gotten several false notifications that the downstairs window & back door was open during the middle of the night, only to go check finding that neither had been.-Very Frustrating
Its awesome love the outside cameras they record all the time its a great deal feel much safer even though I have a hand gun work more on thermostats so my house would not be hot it gets up to 75 in this house never did that before !!!!over all its great !!
The door bell video does not always work. The screen is black.
Absolutely fantastic, tech and sales rep are beyond professional and would have them back any time.
Fluent will not help with technical problems very disappointed

It was great until I came home from taking my kid to school and I was not allowed to login to turn my alarm off so I could get in my house!!!!!! I was told you were updating your systems. You might consider doing that at a time when people are likely to be home for the day, say after midnight instead of at 7am. Im sure I'm not the only customer who doesn't appreciate the app not working at that hour. When you do that, I'll give you that 5th star.
Can you create a widget option for this app?

Ongoing issue with my android S7 and connecting to the doorbell camera. Every time I'm on LTE, I get a black screen on my doorbell camera. I would give this a 5 star if this issue was fixed.
