Doesn't work more than it does. Extremely disappointed considering how much money we spend monthly.

App does not work most of the time even with the updates and on WiFi, very disappointing especially for a paid product!

Video and door bell notifications don't work. Very choppy. I wish it had more advanced technology like a lot of the competitors out there (better SVR integration).

Notifications at top of phone intermittently works... sometimes there most times not... app continues to turn off notifications every time I open app I have to turn on the notifications..... uninstalled/reinstalled app a number of times still only works when it wants to 2-6-2018....UPDATE....NOW I GET NO NOTIFICATIONS AT ALL FROM APP.... UNINSTALLED/REINSTALLED..GAVE APP ALL PERMISSIONS STILL NOTHING... EVERYTHING ON PHONE IS TURNED ON...... NOTHING!!!! we spend a substantial amount (for our family) each month....and the contacts on Windows and doors keep falling off (I believe they're designed that way to keep on our toes IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT)....our contract is all most up.....ADT is looking pretty good ....." that's all I have to say about that"

It fails to often --when will the app be corrected so the adjustment for temperature can happen equipment old not latest technology buy out contract to high

Cpi Home Security System always works in my home. Since I installed it nothing happen to sensors etc. I loved it. I update the app couple of time and it's working fine.

CPI in general has to many issues, always shutting down

Love the app, easy to use and great that multiple people/phones can have access!

50 50 sometimes good sometimes bad....not worth the money we pay monthly

The alarm side of the App works great. The Geo notification system does not work.

App works great. No matter where I am, I can check on my family and home.

Update your WiFi and the app and everything will work good job love to yet

Latest version leave a lot to be desired

App does not connect to camera the majority of the time and voice to doorbell has never worked

It is forever not working correctly and I have to sit outside my house for several minutes before it will actually disarm anything. Since the update, it says the commands are sent, and they definitely are not. It also never seems to know whether the garage door is open or closed. Absolutely frustrating. Frequently sets off the alarm when trying to arm it. I tried twice to silently arm it to stay, and instead it sets the whole alarm off.

App is okay works fine does have some lag time in door bell notification, tech said due to notification wokflow, goes to CPI first then to app, also told only get 10000 clips for doorbell saved video (start over each month on the date started service).

This app keeps changing my recording settings! So frustrating. I keep having to turn on motion detection for my door bell camera. Ever few days I open the app and its OFF. What's the point? Please help.

Wonderful app! Able to do so much. Lock and unlock my front door, speak to a visitor at my door, adjust my temperature in my home, view my children in the backyard playing, and close my garage door after I left it open! Must have APP!

The notification alert does not work to alarm the system

My biggest issues are that the disarm command takes a couple minutes to go through if it even goes through. The a alerts are like a wish list and not functioning settings. There's about a 1 minute delay for the door bell notifications.

Works great, am able to arm and disarm my system from anywhere in the State (I have successfully done it) and coming down my street and have it armed/disarmed before I got home. This apps makes using my alarm more convenient for my busy life.

Since the latest update, my video quality is terrible. Ironically, it was supposed to improve the video quality. It did the opposite.

Will not quickly disarmed, this evening it tooked over 30 minutes to armed. WIFI/Internet not working correctly.

Useless. Hopefully I never need the app for anything security related.
