DroidDia PRO unlocker for Android
Worth the $$
I really enjoyed using this app for the first time and I'm thrilled with the charts I was able to produce in just a few minutes. On the downside I ran into some problems upgrading to the Pro pack; I had to uninstall the lite version and reboot before reinstalling but after that it worked great. I have to echo previous comments that it would be nice to have more shapes built in but you definitely get your money's worth with this app.
This diagram app is ideally designed for easy use on a small tablet
Excellent App
provides all the basics
Worth the $$
I have been able to run DroidDia (unlocked) on my PC under Bluestacks (2.4 GHz P8600, 4 Gb RAM, usage from 47% to 63% with BS loaded). DroidDia works great under BlueStacks and I have been able to transfer files in a clunky way back and forth. DD Export SEND sends to Dropbox. Dropbox EXPORT sends back to a SD card folder location to open in DroidDia on other device, etc. Dropbox potentially allows other export formats to be readily sent to desktop PC itself (no other way to currently export from BlueStacks,
Very well done, enjoying it so far. Used the demo for less than 10 minutes before buying the Pro key. Good value for the money. Would like to see more shapes, perhaps as add-on packs? TF101-A1 Transformer
I've been using the lite version do a long time now, and even though it offers me all the functionality I need without even going pro, this app has been so invaluable in enabling me to organise my life and business, I feel the developer has more than earned my money. I would give it six stars if I could.
This app is great. It has all I need to easily make beautiful and readable flowcharts. However, there are a few things missing. I would like to be able to change background color. I would also like more custom images and the ability to add jpg images. Other than that, great app, well worth the price.
I love this app. It provides all the little bells and whistles needed to make productive use of my time. As a systems analyst, I spend a lot of time creating diagrams. I need something quick and efficient to make the best use of my time. DIA is the answer. I've tried several tools and found them to be terribly limited and inefficient. With DIA, I can create a number of different diagrams using the object library and produce models with professional results and then export that diagram and use it in business or technical presentations. I was really excited when the bpmn library was added because it's the standard where I work. I can capture high level details as a prototype and then do the detailed model later. Search high and low and you will find this tool is the best at what it allows you to do. Just as important is getting new updates quickly when a big is identified. The developers are also very responsive to new features and improvements. I highly recommend this diagramming and modeling App.
Its a decent flowcharting/diagramming app. Completely usable, doesnt feel stupid on a phone. Id like to see a more diverse set of computer images though... blade servers, vms and such.
Had to uninstall the lite version first then reinstall but other than that good easy to use program not as sophisticated as some pc programs but good for price. Would be nice to have some cross at from import or save for 5 stars
Update. The developer is very responsive to feature requests and bug reports...
The file browsing and the .svg support was a big selling point (not to mention the hexagon menu system (nice)). I do wish for more compatibility with PC apps (other than .svg import/export) though. If I had something on my Linux-box that would open your .ddia format, I would be most content. I give you three stars and not four because I am looking for attention.
I can use this natrually!! Lite.is not enough! Totally worth it
The app hasn't been modified for ages and is not compatible with modern, high resolution devices
Really with the money. The diagram it created is beautiful. Just wish the can make the control buttons bigger.
that let's you create without opening view blocking menus.
I have used this app a lot. Can be a bit quirky but overall it is easy and fun to use.
Original post: >>You can only do 1200x800px, even though the creators implied the size restriction was only for the LITE version. That's lying by implication, and I feel like I was tricked as a customer.
I use this to produce BPMN diagrams for work and prefer it to Visio.
I feel it's missing a few icons/buttons some are even too generic. No import so start making some diagrams from scratch. The export to svg is what makes the paid version worth while to get more detailed in Visio.
I use this app to help me thinking. I have this kind of app in my laptop but android touch screen and mobile use, make this app more interactive than my desktop apps. Really worth money, eventhough with some limitation, for the example: you can't select multiple object so you need to drag the object one by one. But I really hope the developer find a way to solve this case.
Unless I am missing something, this app will not allow for importing and resizing of photos into the charts on a Nexus 7. Will return with 5 stars when this is done. Cannot choose from thumbnails! The other version had only 10 objects. I paid for this app thinking I could choose pictures from gallery to overlay on huge organizational charts. Will wait for this functionality ....
I use this @ work on my personal phone for quickly documenting changes to our Industrial Lan/Man on a device I can carry around in my pocket. Love it. Well worth the price.
